How it All Fell Apart For Cardi B and Offset

“I don’t date rappers.”

That was Cardi B‘s succinct response when a pal informed her that Atlanta-based wordsmith Offset, one-third of trap music’s leading trio Migos, was interested. It was nothing personal, she would explain to the man himself, not a knock on the romantic history that led to him having three kids with three women, or his lengthy rap sheet that included an eight-month stint in jail. She’s just always maintained a no musicians policy, she explained to E! News. “Because I know that these rappers they like women, and I always felt like if, ‘Imagine I have sex with you and I fall in love with you and you not trying to take me serious.'”

Besides, she questioned, why was he after her in the first place? Thanks to her two successful mixtapes, the stripper turned breakout star of Love & Hip Hop: New York was definitely on the rise, but she was still months from releasing “Bodak Yellow,” the impossibly catchy summer hit that would complete her transformation into household name.

“Any woman that you could have, why you gonna choose me?” she continued. “I always avoid dating artists. But he was co consistent. He put it down, he was just on some, ‘Look I’m not stopping until I get you,’ and it’s like, ‘Well, if you want me so bad come get me.'”

That might still be solid advice today. Because while the pair will no doubt continue their separate reigns over the hip-hop world—in February Migos broke their own record for the most concurrently charting titles by a duo or group while Cardi surpassed Beyoncé as the first woman to have five simultaneous hits on the R&B/hip-hop chart—and remain connected as parents to 5-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, their dramatic 22-month love story has taken another turn.

“I’ve been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now and we’re really good friends and you know we’re really good business partners,” the musician (born Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar) announced in an Instagram video Tuesday evening. “He’s always somebody that I run to talk to and we got a lot of love for each other but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time and it’s nobody’s fault.”

The simple truth, she continued was, “I guess we grew out of love, but we’re not together anymore. I don’t know. It might take time to get a divorce and I’m gonna always have a lot of love from him because he is my daughter’s father.”

Cardi B and Offset: Romance Rewind

The timing was surprising as just three days earlier, the couple had put on quite the show for fans gathered at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. for 102.7 KIISFM’s Jingle Ball, Cardi ending her set by turning to the crowd and declaring, “He’s so fine. That’s my baby daddy, yo.” But another split in what the Bronx-bred double Grammy nominee has dubbed a history of “breaking up and making up,” could hardly be labeled as shocking. Nor is it so far-fetched to think this could just be another bump the Atlanta-based duo will have to overcome.

As yet, neither side has offered up an explanation (though considering Cardi’s famed candor and Offset’s announcement he would be dropping a song today, it’s hard to imagine one isn’t coming), but Offset’s comment on Cardi’s post—”Y’all won”—would suggest the duo’s trust issues had gotten the best of them.

Ever since a late 2017 iCloud hack seemed to catch Offset (born: Kiari Cephus) with another woman, Cardi noted in a W magazine profile, Internet trolls have seemed eager to stoke her fears of his continued infidelity.

“Every single day there’s rumors about me and my dude. And it almost drives me crazy, because I start to believe them,” she admitted. “I don’t have no proof. I don’t have receipts. But I just got to know my man. We practically on the phone 24 hours a day. If I can’t find him, I’m going to find his friend. Somebody going to answer the phone. But I cannot be feeling insecure, to a point that I would drive my dude away, because these people want that to happen.”

And it’s already taken so much to get them to where they are today.

Though Offset, 26, had guested on “Lick,” a track off the 26-year-old’s Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 2 release, the pair didn’t come face-to-face until what Cardi calls a chance meeting at a New York party in early 2017, right around the time Migos was notching their own hit with “Bad and Boujee”.

Thaddaeus McAdams/Getty Images

Except it wasn’t so much by chance as it was Offset’s deliberate scheming. Sure, he’d heard her when she said she didn’t date rappers, but “I was like, ‘Damn, I am on her!'” he explained to Rolling Stone. “I am like, ‘Shit, I like Cardi B!'” He had his publicist arrange a dinner for a select group of women, and soon they were enjoying their first date at the 2017 Super Bowl in Houston. As he said, “That’s a power move!”

It was certainly a statement-making one that forced the pair to immediately define a relationship they were still figuring out. While Cardi was quick to label the musician, who’s collaborated with everyone from 21 Savage to Macklemore, her “babe” in a Valentine’s Day Instagram, she stopped short of confirming their coupling, telling Fader that March, “I’m not saying I’m dating an Atlanta guy.”

Even after they made what can only be a declarative statement of coupledom, stepping out together at a Met Gala afterparty, the two-time Grammy nominee declined to make him her plus one at June’s BET Awards, a source telling HollywoodLife at the time, “She’s playing it cool with him right now. He didn’t ask her to go with him and she’s for sure not going to ask him. They’re still talking to each other, but it’s complicated.”

Johnny Nunez/WireImage

Complicated being an apt description for the entire first year or so of their romance. Just when it seemed they were making their union officially official, like the time Cardi hinted at engagement rumors ahead of her August MTV Video Music Awards performance, saying, “Every woman, I think, wants to get married and wants to have children. It’s never too early to get married now,” there would be an equally public sign that the relationship was in flux.

Last October, while Offset’s likeness still decorated the tips of her elongated nails, she posted two separate photographs. With the first, she dubbed herself single. On the second, she proclaimed, “Peace nikka.” By the next day, though, she was tweeting it was all a misunderstanding over a stolen purple blanket. (Because, really, who hasn’t been there?) “But on a serious note,” she concluded, “I really loveeeee my man he was gifted to me from Jesus.

The Most Cardi B Things Cardi B Has Ever Said

At Power 99’s Powerhouse in Philadelphia days later, a sold-out crowd watched as he dropped to one knee, a sea of cell phone cameras capturing the moment and her enormous eight-carat teardrop-shaped diamond. “Jesus Christ I’m so emotional,” she wrote on Instagram. “@offsetyrn I loveee you so much. Thank you for seeing the potential in me since you met me. For giving me advice molding me and loving me…I can’t wait to spend FOREVAAAA with you. Lets make a lot shmoney and love together.”

Two months later she was once again questioning her decision.

When the cheating scandal broke that December, she tweeted, then deleted, “I’m going to make a decision in my own times with my heart and mind. I don’t need to be rushed or be told what to do. It’s my life! I belong to me not to the world,” adding that while “it’s not right” to cheat, “What you want me to do? Go f–k me another n—a? start all over again and get cheated on again? This s–t happens to everyone.”

She later explained her situation to Cosmopolitan, saying, “It’s like everybody is coming down my neck like, ‘Why are you not leaving him? You have low self-esteem.’ I know I look good. I know I’m rich, I know I’m talented. I know I could get any man I want—any basketball player, football player. But, I want to work out my sh-t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why.”

Though she had a pretty good reason. As Cardi would eventually reveal, they were already legally entwined, the decision to wed made mid-argument that September. They had discussed marriage, already, she noted to W, so it wasn’t out of the blue, but her suggestion still stunned her guy. “He’s like, ‘You’re playing around.’ And I said, ‘I’m for real.'”

If the timing was unconventional, it fit with the whole theme of their romance. “When I got married with my dude, we still had a lot of doubts, because our relationship is not like everybody’s,” she shared. “He was always traveling, and I was always traveling. We’re artists. So I used to see him, like, twice a week, and, you know, he’s known for having different women, and I’m known for, like, not taking s–t from guys. But we really loved each other, and we was scared to lose each other.”

So they phoned up Atlanta-based minister Melinda Guess, choosing to focus on the enormity of what they were entering into rather than the traditional trappings of a wedding. Standing in front of their king size bed in sweats as her cousin looked on, the pair exchanged the standard vows provided by Guess. Without rings to share, they sealed the moment with a kiss and several hugs. “They were definitely excited and I could tell they were a little nervous too,” the officiant told E! News. “You can tell there is so much love between them.”

Still without any bling binding them, it didn’t quite feel real. It had been her dream, she explained to W, “for a guy to get on his knees and ask me to marry him. And he was just like, ‘I will never get on my knees. F–k outta here.'”

Except, of course, for her he did, surprising her with his onstage proposal weeks later.

Cardi B’s Best Looks

Of course, the real shock came weeks later when the home pregnancy test came back positive. “I was f–king freaking out,” she admitted. “Everybody around me was like, ‘No, this never happened before. Every artist that had a baby, they already put in years in the game. This is your first year. You’re going to mess it up.'”

But her man had a different take. “He kept saying, ‘I don’t know how you don’t see it, but you so hot right now, nothing could get in your way. You just have to work hard and put out a poppin’ album. I think you should keep the baby.'”

Eventually Cardi agreed, explaining during an appearance on Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club, just days after she revealed her baby bump in spectacular fashion on Saturday Night Live, “I just didn’t want to deal with the whole abortion thing. I just didn’t want to.” Besides, she continued, “I’m a grown woman. I’m 25 years old. I’m a schmillionaire and I’m prepared for this.”

As much as any new parent could be, anyway.

Cardi copped to being surprised by the changes to her body (“She broke my vagina!” she explained in typical candid fashion on Jimmy Kimmel Live!) and the surge of emotions that led her to struggle with postpartum depression. “My doctor told me I could maybe get postpartum, but I thought no way my life is great now. I have money, I have a baby, everything is good in my marriage,” she told E! News. “Then out of nowhere, you just start feeling so vulnerable and sad and so overprotective and you just need a lot of love and hugs.”

Which Offset was all too happy to provide, along with parenting tips (a source told E! News the rapper “has been very helpful because he’s been through this before and knows the ropes,”) some Kulture-monogrammed jewelry and two brand new Lamborghinis, though the “regular, degular, shmegular girl from the Bronx” has never learned how to drive.

And when the nine-time BET Hip Hop Award winner found herself bogged down with the grind of managing her still sizzling music career, a collaboration with Fashion Nova and parenting a newborn, it was Offset who knew how to swoop in and help. “It’s really hard for me to disconnect, but you know, my husband he was just like, ‘You know what? You need to go, you need a vacation’,” she shared with E! News at her November Fashion Nova x Cardi B launch party. “So he actually flew me out to the Dominican Republic and he took away my phone.”

As for the trust issues, she seemed to feel she’d gotten a handle on them. “I know my man,” she stressed to E! News. “And I know his moves. You know, ever since that cheating scandal happened in December, there has been so many rumors that he’s doing this, that he’s doing that and it’s like, you’ve just got to know your man, he’s got to know his woman and everything and it’s just like, it’s whatever because they’re going to always try it. Once you do a mess up, they’re going to want to try because it’s a hot topic, it’s a trending topic, so people are going to try it. And if you let that go to your head, then you let that go in your marriage and then that’s what messes up your marriage.”

Cardi B’s Pregnancy Style

In an effort to keep her mind, worry-free, she said, they maintain complete transparency. “We are so open about everything,” she continued. “We have each other’s codes, we know everybody’s friends.”

Besides she reasoned, why would he want to leave her? “Who you gonna go to? Who’s better than me?” she asked. “I got money, I got good p—y…you know what I’m saying? Like, where are you going?”

I guess this is the part where we all find out.

Joe Jonas & Sophie Turner Defend Priyanka Against Scam Artist Claim

Neil Rasmus/BFA/REX/Shutterstock

Family sticks together.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner did just that on Tuesday after New York Magazine‘s The Cut published an article called, “Is Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s Love for Real?”

In the critical, skeptical post, the author took aim at the newly married Bollywood star and Jonas’ new sister-in-law, calling her a “global scam artist.”

“At times, marriage can be a beautifully wonderful union that warms even the coldest of hearts, but sadly, this union evokes no such feeling,” the post read, according to screenshots captured and published online. “All Nick wanted was a possible fling with Hollywood’s latest It Woman, but instead he wound up staring straight at a life sentence with a global scam artist.”

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ Wedding Weekend

“Nick, if you’re reading this, find that horse and gallop away as fast you can!” the original article concluded, according to screenshots of the work.

The groom’s older brother wasted no time condemning the piece. “This is disgusting. @TheCut should be ashamed to have someone write such evil words,” he tweeted. “What Nick & Pri have is Beautiful Love. Thank u, Next.”

Jonas’ fiancée and one of Chopra’s bridesmaids, Sophie Turner, also fired back at the work, tweeting, “This is wildly inappropriate and totally disgusting. Very disappointed that The Cut would give anyone a platform to spew such bulls–t.”

The post was later updated with the concluding sentences—including the “scam artist” claim—edited out.

Ultimately, however, the copy was removed from the website altogether.

“Upon further editorial review, we found this story did not meet our standards,” an editor’s note on the article’s original page read.

“We’ve removed it and apologize.”

Lisa Appleton could be jailed after posing topless on a Thai Beach

The former Big Brother star was photographed baring her breasts while juggling satsumas by the ocean earlier this week.

But while her provocative dress sense isn’t out of the ordinary for Lisa, 50, in the UK – it could land her in hot water in Thailand.

The law states that at worst, Lisa could spend some time behind bars for showing being nude in public.

Officials in the country take the offence so seriously that in 2014 the Governor of Phuket, Maitree Intrusos, issued a public warning to tourists about going topless in public.

They said: “It's actually against the law and police can arrest and fine transgressors. It's best to remember: ‘When in Rome, do what the Romans do.’”

If Lisa is reprimanded, at best she’ll get away with just paying a small fine.

Katie Price has previously come under scrutiny in Thailand for the same offence.

This error of judgement isn’t the only thing to have put a downer on Lisa’s holiday away.

Last week The Sun Online exclusively revealed how the mum-of-one was rushed to hospital after an abscess burst in her mouth.

A source explained: “Lisa was rushed to hospital during a day out at the beach in Thailand.

“She had a large abscess in her mouth which burst suddenly.

“Lisa collapsed and an ambulance was called. She was absolutely terrified.”

Does Kate Chastain From 'Below Deck' Ever Like Her Third Stew? – The Cheat Sheet

Kate Chastain and Captain Lee | Kate Chastain

Is there a pattern with third stews on Below Deck? With each new season comes the hope that chief stew Kate Chastain will find harmony with her third. But after seeing her reaction to the newest crew member on her team, seems to prompt the question. Will Chastain ever like her third stew?

Chastain has held the chief stew role for five out of the six seasons of the show. And in every single season, she butts heads and seems to roll her eyes at her third stew. While stews in this position are often green, some are well trained and hard workers. With one in particular who did her job very well.

She’s had drama with every third stew

From her first season on the show, she’s been irritated or had drama with the third stew. When Chastain debuted on season two, she seemed annoyed and iced out third stew Amy Johnson. Johnson worked hard and likely was Chastain’s best third stew ever. But like in other seasons, Chastain and second stew Kat Held buddied up and Johnson was the odd woman out.

Other third stews included Raquel “Rocky” Dakota, Sierra Storm, and Jennifer Howell. Chastain even got into a Twitter war with Dakota. And she took shots at Howell’s job performance. She eventually apologized to Howell during the reunion show.

Is it a third stew thing?

Caroline Bedol

After former third stew Caroline Bedol left, viewers thought maybe Chastain would be welcoming to a new stew. Not so much.  When new third stew Laura Betancourt started examining the boat, Chastain and second stew Josiah Carter seemed super annoyed. They even threw some shade Betancourt’s way during the crew outing.

Andy Cohen asked Captain Lee Rosbach about what occurs between Chastain and her third stews on Watch What Happens Live. “Do you think there was something going on with Kate and Josiah kind of ganging up on the whoever the third person was there,” Cohen asks. Rosbach responds with, “No.”

And while chief stew Hannah Ferriera seems to have drama with her third stews on Below Deck Med, the pattern of icing that person out isn’t as clear. She seemed to form alliances with two other third stews like Kasey Cohen and Lauren Cohen when her second stews became frustrated with her.

Chastain actually became friends with some third stews

Both Johnson and Howell became friends with Chastain after the season. Johnson and Chastain appeared on WWHL in 2016 and seemed to be pals. Chastain even said this about not having Johnson on charter. “I’m really sad that Amy’s not here, but I also know that she has a really gorgeous, younger South African boyfriend, and they are working on a yacht together, so she has sailed off into the sunset and is very happy.”

Howell and Chastain are on good terms too. But Howell claims it was second stew Brianna Adekeye’s fault she had drama with Chastain. “So Bri started having her fun, and that’s when you can kind of see the tension mounting between Kate and I, When Kate and I were really just frustrated with one another and Bri is the ‘zen-like’ stew standing on the sidelines, when in reality she’s eating her popcorn watching what she’s put into play.”

Any chance for a friendship with Caroline Bedol? Chastain says if she hadn’t worked with Bedol, she seemed like someone she’d love to meet for coffee. “I wish the best for her,” Chastain says. “I like her.”

George HW Bush funeral – Former president gets hero's send-off as Obamas, Clintons & Trumps share front row at service

In sombre scenes, Bush's coffin arrived draped in the US flag with the late president having spent the past week lying in state in Washington DC.

George W Bush, who is expected to give a eulogy today, greeted the former presidents before taking his seat alongside the rest of the Bush family.

Trump, who is not set to speak at the service, ordered the federal government closed on Wednesday for a national day of mourning.

The US President came face to face with Barack Obama for the first time since his inauguration and Trump received a frosty reception from his longstanding political opponents.

Trump and the Obamas briefly shook hands, while Hillary – who Trump has demanded is jailed over a historic email breach – refused to glance in his direction.

Despite this, political feuds had already been agreed to be set aside, with George P. Bush revealing his late grandfather would have wanted Americans of all political views to unite.

Speaking to CNN, Bush said: "Whether it's him or his staff, I know, and my grandmother, they all wanted all current occupants to be a part of this process."

"We can put politics aside and focus on the greatness of our country and devotion to causes greater than ourselves.

"There's a time for politics and there's a time for governing. It's important for the country to take this time and reflect on the commonalities that we have rather than the differences."

President Trump, who has been praised for his glowing remarks about the late former president since his passing, will attend the service with his wife Melania.

Trump, who skipped an earlier service at the Capitol, will not be a speaker but he won't be targeted during the funeral after cutting a "deal with the Bush family".

As the current President, Trump also has the final say over important funeral details including providing Air Force One to carry the former president’s remains.

He tweeted earlier today: "Looking forward to being with the Bush family. This is not a funeral, this is a day of celebration for a great man who has led a long and distinguished life. He will be missed!"

"You'll see a lot of joy," said Ron Kaufman, who was George H.W. Bush's White House political director in his unsuccessful re-election campaign in 1992.

"It'll show the way of life that people took for granted in many ways and now kind of long for."

Despite the vast number of people attending, Bush Sr was once worried that his funeral would be a non-event when he was planning it in 2011, his spokesman has revealed.

Jim McGrath tweeted: "Briefed in 2011 about his funeral and lying in state, the 41st President asked with typical humility, "Do you think anyone will come?'''

He added: "Tonight, people are waiting hours to pay their respects."

Following Wednesday's service, Bush Sr's casket will depart the Washington National Cathedral and be taken to Joint Base Andrews.

His remains will then be flown to Ellington Field in Houston before it is brought to St. Martin's Episcopal Church where he will lie in repose until tomorrow.

America's 41st president died shortly after 10pm local time on Friday— just eight months after the death of his beloved wife Barbara.

Bush senior served from 1989 to 1993, and eight years later watched his son George W. became the 43rd president.

The elder Bush saw his popularity swell with the US' success in the Gulf War in 1991 but the Republican was defeated in his bid for a second term by Democrat Bill Clinton.

He had also been a World War II hero, Texas congressman, UN Ambassador, CIA director and Ronald Reagan's vice president.

His remains had lied in state in Washington DC for the past three days for mourning where he wore wear special socks before being buried.

Billy Bush blasted for visiting the remains of George H.W. Bush in trainers

Disgraced NBC anchor Billy Bush turned up to mourn the death of his war veteran uncle and former President George H.W Bush – in a pair of white trainers.

Dressed casually and without a tie, Bush appeared to hold back tears and watched on with other family members as the presidents' coffin was draped in the stars and stripes.

The public watched on as the family stood in silence for a few moments under the Capitol Dome before departing.

Bush hit the headlines during the 2016 presidential campaign when a tape surfaced of an interview with Donald Trump. During the audio, the president could be heard making lewd comments on how he treated women.

Trump said: 'You can do anything… grab them by the p*****.'

Bush can be heard laughing on the tape and also joined Trump in a discussion about the appearance of actress Arianne Zucker, who they were both about to do an interview with.

Then a senior anchor on NBC’s ‘Today Show’, Bush was fired following the incident and has largely remained out of the public eye since.

Bush will be wearing grey socks with a number of small jets flying in formation and jet streams behind them, the family’s spokesman Jim McGrath said.

He tweeted: "The 41st President will be carried to his final rest wearing socks that pay tribute to his lifetime of service, starting as an 18-year-old naval aviator in war."

The former US leader flew more than 50 combat missions during World War II and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross.

The remains of the 41st president were flown to Washington DC on 'Special Air Mission 41' and landed at Joint Base Andrews at 3.30pm where a hearse was waiting.

What is the Capitol Rotunda?

The Rotunda is in the United States Capitol, also known as the Capitol Building, directly below the Capitol dome.

The Rotunda was built between 1818 and 1824 in Washington DC.

It is connected by corridors leading south to the House of Representatives and north to the Senate.

It is 96ft in diameter and is 48ft tall, to the top of the original walls.

Including the dome, it is 180ft tall.

It is traditionally used for the lying in state of honoured people.

Underneath the Rotunda is a crypt which was to be the resting place of George Washington but this was eventually abandoned.

Several hundred people gathered in downtown Houston for a memorial to the former president.

City organisers encouraged Houston residents to wear their boldest socks in a nod to Bush's well-known sartorial tradition.

Michael Meaux, who worked in the U.S. State Department for Bush's son, former President George W. Bush, called Bush "the last gentleman president that we've had".

A military band and a guard of honour were also there along with 114 crew members of the USS George HW Bush who stood to attention as the plane landed.

Vice President Mike Pence said: "He was so modest, in fact, he never wrote an autobiography but he left a record of his life in the thousands of letters he wrote."

Speaker Paul Ryan said Bush was "great leader and a good man", adding: "He showed us that how we live is as important as what we achieve."

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called him a "steady hand, staying the course" for the country.

The plane had taken off from Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, a Texas Air National Guard base where a 21-gun salute was given and a military band played 'Hail to the Chief'.

George W and wife Laura gave a sombre wave as they climbed the stairs to the plane.

Sully, the late president's service dog was also in attendance and was photographed lying in front of Bush's casket at the funeral home on Monday.

He will be reassigned to a wounded veteran at Walter Reed Naval Medical Center near Washington.

Dynamite Kid dead aged 60: WWE British legend Tommy Billington dies on his birthday struggle with ill health

The exact cause of death remains unknown but the Lancashire-born icon had been battling a number of health issues for years.

New Japan Pro Wrestling superstar Will Ospreay paid tribute to the icon on Twitter this morning after learning of his death.

Along with a picture of Billington in his pomp, he posted: "I heard news that Tommy Billington also know as the Dynamite Kid has passed away.

"Thank you for all the work you’ve done for our country and inspiring so many wrestlers to take a chance on themselves. RIP Dynamite Kid."

And his former tag partner's son, Davey Boy Smith Jr. confirmed the news, saying: "I was really happy and glad I got to see Dynamite one last time last June in the UK.

"Dynamite was certainly an inspiration to myself and many others and really revolutionized professional wrestling as we now it today.

"He flew high, and gave it his all every match."

Dynamite's friend and retired wrestler Marty Jones then posted: "It's with great sadness I have to inform you all that the Dynamite Kid Tommy Billington on his birthday passed away.

"A true British ambassador for wrestling worldwide. RIP 'Kid'. Condolences to Mark and his family."

The Englishman shot to worldwide stardom in the 1980s along with cousin and tag partner "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith.

The duo captured the WWE Tag Team titles company's tag-team gold before going their separate ways in 1988.

The British Bulldogs were rated as the fifth best tag team ever by Pro Wrestling Illustrated in 2003.

REIGN SUPREME WWE star returns just two months after revealing he was battling leukaemia

Dynamite Kid went on to work for Stampede Wrestling and in Japan until his final match on October 10, 1996 at a Michinoku Pro event called These Days.

He competed in a six-man bout dubbed "Legends of High-Flying" alongside Dos Caras and Kuniaki Kobayashi against The Great Sasuke, Mil Mascaras, and Tiger Mask.

Known for his huge physique, reports saw Dynamite's body had degenerated to the point where he was "practically skin and bones", with the bottom of his usually tight-fitting tights looking very loose.

Dynamite still managed to hit a tombstone piledriver on Great Sasuke, leading Dos Caras to powerbomb Sasuke for the pin to ensure he ended his career in winning fashion.

But he suffered a seizure at the airport the next day, the second after originally having one in 1987, and was immediately rushed to hospital.

Dynamite lost the use of his left leg in 1997 and was forced to use a wheelchair.

In addition to his paralysis, Billington also had a number of heart problems and WWE reported he had suffered a stroke in 2013.

A video emerged in January 2017 of Billington in a care home trying to raise funds to help with his medical care.

WWE Hall of Famer Harley Race, who invented the diving headbutt which Dynamite adopted, has previously gone on record to express his regret at creating the move.

He believes it causes spinal problems as well as concussions and that they may have contributed to Dynamite’s injuries.

Billington divorced first wife Michelle Smadu (sister of Bret "Hitman" Hart's then-wife Julie) with whom he had two daughters, Browyne and Amaris, and one son, Marek, with in 1991.
He moved back to England to live in Wigan after the marriage ended and would go on to tie the knot with Dot Billington in 1997.

Video of drunk falling onto train track released as warning to festive revellers

Scary footage has been released as a warning to festive revellers, showing an intoxicated passenger risking his life after plunging onto a train track.

In the shocking video a man is seen swaying dangerously close to the edge of the platform seemingly checking to see if a train is approaching.

He starts to lose his balance as he leans further over the side before he falls head first into the tracks.

A commuter rushes to get the attention of station staff who rush to help him as other passengers look on terrified.

He eventually manages to pull himself back onto the platform unaided – moments before an oncoming train rushes past where he was lying on the track only seconds earlier.

Network Rail released the CCTV footage in partnership with British Transport Police so that party-goers are more vigilant during the Christmas season.

New figures reveal that between Christmas and New Year the number of alcohol-fuelled violent offences at railway stations have more than double in the past two years.

In the last 10 years, 21 people have died in alcohol related incidents on station platforms, or between platforms and trains, with many more being severely injured by slips, trips or falls in train stations.

Allan Spence, head of public and passenger safety at Network Rail, is encouraging people to look after themselves and their friends on their way home from festive nights out.

He said: “After a few drinks people often take greater risks, which can frequently, lead to people getting hurt or even killed.

“Travelling home by train is absolutely the safest way. But we have seen drunk people taking a short cut across the tracks, chancing it at level crossings or falling between a train and the platforms.

"Even escalators see more drink-fuelled accidents.

"Please take care of yourself and your friends – don’t let that last drink cause bad decisions.

"Be a ‘First Class Mate’ and look out for those making their way home by train that may have had one too many.”

Drinkaware will also be training Network Rail staff at some of the UK’s busiest stations to provide extra skills to recognise and support people who may be intoxicated.

Stop Foam Rolling So Hard, Guys — Try This Method Instead

When you reach for the foam roller to smooth out your muscles, you might be a little too aggressive for your own good. Take a tip from trainer Charlee Atkins, C.S.C.S., and chill out.

“I change a lot of my male client’s lives with this one,” she says of her approach to using the tools. “For whatever reason men assume attacking the foam roller is the best way to use it — no offense.”

Instead of jumping onto the cylinder and grinding your muscles into oblivion as you roll up and down, Atkins offers a gentler, side-to-side approach.

“By moving side-to-side, you’re rolling across the tissues versus up-and-down, creating a cross-friction roll,” Atkins says. “The side-to-side approach allows a more significant disruption of the fibers. Think of it as using a rolling pin to roll up and down the length of (dry) spaghetti — or you could roll perpendicular to the noodles, allowing an excellent opportunity to break them up.”

To make the most of the move, you’ll definitely need a foam roller. If you don’t have one handy, check out this vibrating option from Triggerpoint, or any of these for a good fit.

Try your new foam rolling technique before or after workouts to loosen up, or whenever your lower body feels particularly tight. Aim for 12 to 15 side-to-side reps on both legs for both the quads and calves.

Miley Cyrus Says She’s In a Healing Place After Malibu Wildfires Claimed Her Home

We’ve all played and re-played Miley Cyrus‘s new song, “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart”, with Mark Ronson so many times since it dropped, right? Right.

So, you know about that line in the song that goes “This burning house / There’s nothing left / It’s smoking and we both know it”? Miley is calling it a “strange prediction” in a new interview with Ryan Seacrest.

The 26-year-old singer opened up about the line and how it foreshadowed her home being burnt down by the recent California Wildfires last month.

“I’m in a really good healing place right now,” Miley shared. “I definitely learned a lot. My dad [Billy Ray Cyrus] has always told me ‘Life is a series of adjustments’ and sometimes we never understand what our parents are telling us until we start to experience life more.”

“…I’m starting to really understand what that means now experiencing something as life-changing and devastating as a natural disaster. It’s a really deep character challenge to see the way you react to loss.”

She continued, adding that “[the song has] really important messages that I wanted to physically share…it was ‘What really breaks our heart?’ And it’s the loss of children, the loss of lives — just all the violence that we see every single day.”

“We really focused on the video, on celebrity culture versus like the important things in life and how you can marry the two because politics are a big part of my life, but just fun entertaining pop culture is also something I really love and that escape in music,” Miley says. “We tried to make a video that everyone could be entertained by and also make people think a little harder.”

‘Every day, I write down all my activities in my diary, everything,’ said Chang. ‘Every department comes to see me.’

Chang, now worth $1.9billion, set up PIL in Singapore in the 1960s after buying two second hand container ships.

Chang Yun Chung founded PIL which is currently the world’s ninth largest shipping company

And over the decades he has watched it blossom into one of the world’s ninth biggest shipping company with a workforce of nearly 20,000 employees.

But the veteran entrepreneur claims there is a very simple secret to his success.

‘I never lose my temper,’ he said. ‘(I) cannot. When you lose your temper, you just cannot control yourself.’

Chang’s son, Teo Siong Seng, the company’s new director, says he also has daily meetings with his father who still likes to keep an eye on him.

Teo also says he has learnt his father’s philosophy of gaining respect by proving your ability and integrity in front of employees.
