Is Stuart Highway going to kill Rainie Cross in EastEnders and where is Dot Branning?

EastEnders villain Stuart Highway appears to have another victim in his sights as he plays mind games with Rainie Cross.

Fans saw him try to convince Rainie that he’d killed Dot Branning, leaving Max Branning’s wife terrified.

But what we want to know is if Stuart is planning on killing Rainie? And where is Dot?

Here’s the lowdown…

Will Stuart Highway kill Rainie Cross in EastEnders?

Tina Carter warned Rainie to keep away from Stuart in EastEnders as he is a dangerous man.

She told Rainie that he plotted to take Mick down and suggested he’d murdered Dylan Box, leaving Rainie terrified.

Stuart then scared her even more by letting himself into her house. Twice. And he made her think he’d bumped off Dot Branning – telling Rainie she’d gone to a ‘better place’ and was ‘with family now.’

Fans think that Stuart could go as far as killing Rainie as she tries to expose him for the vile bully he is.

He’s got his feet nicely under the table at Dot’s house and wasn’t shy about celebrating the fact she’d been made a millionaire after Doctor Legg left her his estate. So he definitely won’t take kindly to anyone trying to pull the rug out from under him.

One viewer wrote: “Stuart is going to kill Rainie unless Max gets back and sorts it out.”

It’s not clear if Stuart will go as far as murdering Rainie yet, but we wouldn’t put anything past him.

Where is Dot Branning in EastEnders?

Rainie was horrified when she saw Stuart ‘disposing’ of Dot’s clothes. She got even more of a shock when he let her think he’d killed the pensioner.

But don’t worry, Dot isn’t dead, she’s over in Ireland visiting her grandson Charlie Cotton and his little boy, Matthew.

She announced she was heading off after finding out Dr. Legg had left her his entire estate in his will.
Poor Dot was so overwhelmed with the news that she decided to take some time out to come to terms with the life-changing news.

You’re Going To Want To Buy Gemma Chan’s ’90s Hair Accessory That She Wore To The Oscars ASAP

The Crazy Rich Asians cast knows how to crush a red carpet. The actors have already appeared at the Golden Globes looking flawless, and now, they’re at the 2019 Oscars. One accessory from the ensemble stand outs, though. Gemma Chan’s 2019 Oscars barrette is the nostalgic, 90s hair accessory you’ll want to start wearing immediately.

Chan, who plays the kind-hearted and fashionable Astrid Young in Rich Crazy Asian, attended the 2019 Oscars looking as flawless as always in a stunning pink Versace gown. The frock featured a plethora of voluminous ruched pleats with a high collar complete with ruffles. The best part of the dress, however, may have been that it had pockets. Who doesn’t love pockets?

When it comes to her accessories, though, there was one that stood out more than the others, and it may not be what you’d expect (like you probably thought it was those diamond and emerald earrings). Chan’s love barrette was the unexpected piece next to her glamorous, custom gown, but according to Brides, the nostalgic piece may just be made of diamonds. When you were 12 and begging your parents to take you to Claire’s, what could sound better than a love barrette encrusted in diamonds?

As of press time, there’s been no word on where Chan’s barrette is from, but it’s hard to deny its similarity to the pieces worn by middle school girls in the 90s. Of course, Chan’s barrette takes things up a notch, or 12. The piece was added to her gorgeous, low chignon that had just enough loose pieces around her face to achieve the messy bun vibes of messy bun expert Meghan Markle. With the love barrette, she also added a gold and diamond half moon shaped clip for just a little bit more sparkle in her hair.

Of course, Chan and her barrette weren’t alone on the red carpet. She was joined by several of her Crazy Rich Asians co-stars. While the film was not nominated for any awards (with some calling the omission a snub given the film’s Golden Globes nominations), that didn’t stop the cast from looking collectively flawless at the 2019 Oscars.

While the other women from Crazy Rich Asians chose to wear gowns, Awkwafina rocked a glittering, metallic pantsuit that was just as glam as any dress and maybe twice as cool.

As for Michelle Yeoh, she looked like a queen, and if she was wearing that famous emerald ring, you’d have wanted to kiss it.

As for Constance Wu, she channeled her inner Belle in a gorgeous yellow gown and sleek ponytail.

As for Henry Golding, the film’s leading man looked incredibly dapper in a classic tuxedo as he walked the red carpet.

While the entire cast of Crazy Rich Asians looked flawless on the 2019 Oscars red carpet, Gemma Chan’s love barrette may have just stolen the accessory show. While you may not have thought than a 2019 Oscars ensemble would be completed with a graphic barrette, there’s always room for surprises on a red carpet.

There has been a spike in the number of restaurants announcing new vegan menus as more Britons than ever before take part in ‘Veganuary’.

Last week Gordon Ramsay made headlines when he announced his restaurants were rolling out a range of plant-based dishes, after previously being an outspoken critic of veganism.

Gregg’s drew similar attention with its announcement over vegan sausage rolls.

The bakery chain, which sells 1.5 million traditional sausage rolls per week, said the UK’s 3.5 million vegans will be able to enjoy a ‘next generation’ version of its best-selling item.

The vegan version has some ‘classic features’ of the traditional sausage roll, according to Greggs, including 96 layers of puff pastry – but instead of meat the filling is made with Quorn.

Here are the details the hunky heartthrob used to tease fans plus a look at his BGT dance troupe act DJV…

When are Diversity going on tour in 2018?

Ashley Banjo announced on Instagram that we wanted to get the dancing band back on the road in 2018.

He wrote: “2018 just wouldn’t be complete for me unless it included touring the country again with @diversity_official😊🙌🏽👀

“A brand new show and a brand new concept… Just got to finalise some of the details and I’m sure we’ll all be back on the road in this trusty tour bus pretty soon 👀😉

“Comment where you’d like us to go!? #newshow #touring.”

Diversity have confirmed the following dates for their Ignite tour – which is billed as a circus spectacular:

  • Manchester 21 – 23 September 2018
  • Sheffield 28 – 30 September 2018
  • Norwich 5 – 7 October 2018
  • Bristol 12 – 1 October 2018
  • London 25 – 28 October 2018
  • Bournemouth 2 – 4 November 2018
  • Brighton 9 – 11 November 2018

When did Diversity win Britain's Got Talent?

Diversity won the third series of Britain’s Got Talent in 2009.

The dance troupe from East London shot to fame when they beat hot favourite Susan Boyle to the top spot.

Ashley Banjo formed the group in the Essex / East London area in 2007 and, in their first year together, they won the Street Dance Weekend 2007 competition before deciding to enter Britain’s Got Talent.

As winners of BGT, Diversity received £100,000 (around £9,090 per member) and went on to perform before the Queen at the Royal Variety Show in December 2009.

In 2012 Diversity did their first arena tour called Digitized – Trapped In The Game.

In 2013 Ashley choreographed a third tour for Diversity called Limitless.

In 2017 and 2018 he choreographed a Full Monty striptease for male celebrities to raise awareness of testicular cancer.

Will Perri Kiely tour with Diversity in 2018?

Perri Kiely is a much-loved member of Diversity.

He first appeared on TV screens as a baby-faced 14 year old dancing with Diversity in Britain’s Got Talent.

He subsequently appeared in diving show Splash in 2014 and in 2017 looked for love in Celebs Go Dating.

He is still a member of Diversity and is likely to be part of the 2018 tour.

Who are Diversity Junior aka DVJ?

Diversity Juniors (Danceworks Juniors) are a youth dance troupe managed by Ashley Banjo.

The group is the junior version of the original dance group Diversity.

In 2017, former champions Diversity performed at the final of Britain's Got Talent alongside some members of DVJ.

Ashley Banjo hinted that they were looking for the next generation of dancers as he was getting "too old" to perform some of the moves.

The youngest member of Diversity is currently Perri Kiely, 22, who was just 14 when the group first appeared on Britain's Got Talent.

The Diversity-inspired performers were the first act sent through by the public vote, meaning they are in with a chance of winning the show on Sunday.

But the group's close ties to Ashley has drawn in criticism from some BGT fans who think they have an "unfair" advantage.

One fan said: "It felt like a bit of a fix tonight young diversity getting the peak slot at the end! & Simon's golden buzzer act cruising through on judges votes!"

Chatting to Stephen Mulhern on Britain's Got More Talent after DVJ won a place in the final.

He said: "I'm so overwhelmed and proud.

"I've known a lot of these kids their whole lives. A lot of people talk about the kids' relationship with me, but I don't want it to be handicap.

"I wouldn't be fair of me to not let them follow their dreams just because they know me.

"I'm just so proud of them for having the guts to step on that stage with that weight on their shoulders.

"They are so talented."
