The expectant star's Brit Awards outing comes after she revealed her battle with anxiety is out of control.
The model, 33, shared the news of her secret battle with anxiety during a recent interview with You Magazine.
She admitted that while she's always been a 'real worrier', she had sparked concern after she began taking her kids to the doctor insisting there was something wrong with them.
Abbey said: "And he was saying, “Just go away” and laughing at me because there was nothing wrong with them.’"
But despite having her kids health at the top of her list, she admits that she struggled to come to terms with the fact she needed to seek help.
She said: "I didn’t want to see someone for myself – my health anxiety is always for other people, never for me.
"But it’s been getting out of control and I just don’t want to be thinking these negative thoughts all the time. I don’t know where they come from."
The wag, who is married to footballer Peter Crouch, 38, also revealed that while she comes across as confident on TV, she isn't as self assured as people think.
"I’m confident speaking to people, because I like to talk, but I’m not as confident as other people might think.
"And I wasn’t depressed – this was just a waste of energy and time and making me unhappy," admitted Abbey.
She added: "My friend recommended this guy called Tim. I don’t know what sort of treatment it was.
"I was sceptical, but he was amazing and it worked."
Abbey announced that she was expecting her fourth child with her ex-footballer spouse on January 2.
In an Instagram post, she wrote: "When a hatrick just won't do!! #babynumber4."
The couple already have three children Sophia, seven, Liberty, three and 13-month old son Johnny.
She had previously insisted that her third child, Johnny, would be her last.
Shortly before Johnny was born, the Britain's Next Top Model star explained: "I think this will be the last baby I have, so I just want to embrace it."
Peter and Abbey are yet to divulge details on her due date for their newest addition to the family.
