Adele eats McDonald’s once a week and says it’s her ‘death row meal’

Adele has revealed that a fast food classic would be her "death row meal".

The 33 year old has wowed fans after releasing her new tune Easy On Me, following a six-year hiatus that saw her shed a whopping 100lbs in the past two years.

But the Brtish hitmaker, who recently opened up about her divorce from Simon Konecki, has admitted that she stills regularly indulges in McDonald's.

"My ideal meal, my death row meal, my last meal would be a McChicken nugget with a Big Mac and then fries," the singing superstar told Vogue during a hilarious food challenge.

"That's my three-course. I eat it at least once a week," Adele added.

In the comments section for the video, fans couldn't help but laugh at the remarks made by the "icon".

"You gotta love Adele," one person commented while another wrote: "Love the fact she said that it doesn't matter she lost weight, she still eats a lot."

A third added: "The fact that Adele eats McDonald's "at least once per week" makes me feel infinitely better about my choices."

Last week, the hitmaker shocked fans as she revealed she enjoys snacking on ready salted crisps covered in spicy Worcestershire sauce.

She made the surprising food combination confession on her Instagram Live.

Meanwhile, Adele candidly opened up on her divorce from Simon Konecki, admitting the split was "overdue".

The singer began dating charity CEO Simon, 47, in 2011. They then wed 2016, and Adele announced their split three years later in 2019.

Someone Like You hitmaker Adele, who is now dating Rich Paul, has rarely spoken of her divorce, which was finalised in March this year.

But now, following the release of her incredible new single Easy On Me, Adele has given fans a rare insight into her marriage and divorce.

"It was overdue. It was exhausting, it was really hard work, but I was able to take the time that I needed, which isn't a given for everyone, I'm very aware of that," she told Heart Radio Breakfast's Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden.

Adele added: "The more and more you put it off, the worse and worse it gets, and I had been putting it off anyway for years before… now I am chilled as anything.

"So I'd say it's worth it, you know treading through all of that poo is worth it."
