Dame Barbara Windsor has made a rare public appearance as she battles with Alzheimer's disease.
The 82-year-old EastEnders actress filmed a video wishing good luck to her friend Chris Evans, who is running a marathon in Amsterdam.
He's doing this to raise money for Dementia Revolution, a campaign set up set up by the Alzheimer' Society, of which husband Scott is an ambassador.
Barbara, who played Peggy Mitchell in the BBC soap, surprised Chris with a touching message in the video.
"Hello darlings, Barbara Windsor here", she said.
"Thank you all for donating so much money to Dementia Revolution. Your generosity will support vital research that will give hope to people living with the condition.
"Dementia is the biggest health threat facing society. There are nearly one million people living with the condition in the UK and another person is diagnosed every three minutes."
Barbara was diagnosed with the degenerative condition in 2014.
She continued: "As you run through the streets of Amsterdam remember, you're leading the charge towards finding the cure for dementia.
