Blac Chyna said ex Rob Kardashian‘s nearly million-dollar suit against her for damaged property and emotional stress related to their blowout fight in 2016 is only a “bald attempt to inflate” his alleged claims, according to court records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.
In court documents, Chyna said the case should instead be moved to a small claims court since the only damages her ex could claim is no more than $5,000. According to the affidavit, Chyna said she is willing to pay for a damaged television set, Rob’s $250 t-shirt if the case is transferred to small claims court.

“After transfer of this case to a court of limited jurisdiction, Chyna will present evidence that the damaged gingerbread house was a gift to her from Kris Jenner and that Rob consented to the damage done to his t-shirt,” wrote Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s attorney, in the affidavit. “Regarding the television set, Chyna has informed Plaintiff through his counsel that she will reimburse Rob for the cost to replace the television.”
Chyna claims Rob filed the lawsuit against her in retaliation for her filing a restraining order against him in July 2017. As Radar readers know, Rob is suing Chyna for assault and battery, and is seeking punitive damages in connection to a December 2016 fight the two had at Kylie Jenner‘s home, where the former couple was living.
In suit filed September 2017, Rob claimed Chyna was “carelessly” playing with a gun owned by Rob, and alleged “Chyna even pointed the gun at the camera on the iPhone and told Rob’s friends not to mess around.”

In the suit, Rob claims Chyna allegedly tried to strangle him with an iPhone cable and struck him in the head and face. Rob also claimed Chyna damaged the T.V. set owned by Kylie, broke down a door, damaged walls, destroyed cell phones and smashed a gingerbread house.
Chyna filed a restraining order after Rob blasted naked pictures of his ex and shared their text messages to his millions of social media followers, which Chyna’s attorneys said constituted as revenge porn.
In the recent court filings, Chyna’s attorneys said Rob did not allege emotional distress and pain or suffering in his amended complaint, but yet is still seeking $500,000 for punitive damages, $62,852 in security costs, $100,000 for pain and suffering, $5,000 for property damages and $100,000 for emotional distress.

“Here, a monetary award for more than $25,0000 is virtually unattainable …,” Ciani wrote in the motion. “As a matter of law, Chyna is not possibly liable for more than $5,000 of damaged claimed by Rob. Rob has no medical expenses or loss or earnings, and claims no future medical expenses or loss future earning capacity. … While the evidence does not show the value of the ripped t-shirt, Defendant Chyna generously values Rob’s t-shirt at $250 for purposes of this motion.”
Chyna’s attorney said the T.V., t-shirt, and gingerbread house costs $4,992.01, which the model is willing to pay if the case is moved to small claims court.
Chyna also blasted Rob’s attempt to seek $62K for security costs, pointing out that he reunited with her within days of the alleged December 2016 assault.
