Boyzone star Keith Duffy was forced to leave his band-mates to perform without him after the "worst bad health experience" of his life.
The singer fell ill while in Bangkok, Thailand, last week, meaning Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch were forced to continue their tour in Australia without the 44-year-old.
However, now the group has happily revealed they are a foursome once more, sharing a picture cosying up to Keith as they reunited.
With their arms around two members of staff, the full group gleefully posed together again backstage.
"Look who's back!," they wrote in the caption to their 81,400 Instagram followers. "It's @officialkeithduffy #Boyzone".
They then shared a video of Keith speaking directly to their fans, as he addressed his recent secondary bowel infection and viral infection.
"Hello people, how are you hows it going?," he begun, while dressed in a glitzy sequin bomber jacket. "So obviously, I'm out of hospital, I'm out of Bankok, I'm here in Adelaide, we're going on in 5 minutes.
"I can't tell you how delighted I am to be back. It was such an emotional rollercoaster."
He added: "Glad to have my fitness back, well, my health back – I don't know about my fitness.
"But just a quick word of than you for all the amazing message of support that I got from you.
"They really, really, really made me get through a very tough few days."
The band were forced to perform without him in Perth, with his band-mate Lynch joking that he was "lost in Thailand".
Keith's fans were thrilled at the news of his return, with one writing: "Think every Boyzone fan is happy to see Keith back where he belongs".
Meanwhile, another added: "Yay fantastic to see Keith well and back where he belongs……enjoy the rest of the tour boys".
