Coleen Rooney all but broke the internet this week after she dropped bombshell claims that fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy had been selling stories about to the press.
And after seeing her months of hard sleuthing come to fruition in such an effect manner, it’s not surprising the 33-year-old let her down during a night out on Friday.
Coleen was one of the many guests who helped footballer Wes Brown celebrate his 40th birthday in Manchester and the mother-of-four partied like she didn’t have a care in the world.
In fact, she looked somewhat bleary-eyed as she might her way out of the club in her striking leather mini dress.
The TV personality was dressed to impress in her one-shoulder dress which she teamed with black heels and statement Chanel earrings.
While her feud with Rebekah looks set to turn into a legal battle now Rebekah has reportedly hired ‘forensic IT experts’ to clear her name, Coleen put all her WAG drama to the side as she let loose with her trusted friends.
She was joined by the likes of fellow WAGs Tanya Bardsley and Leanna Brown for the stylish night out.
Coleen has seen her name travel far and wide as the whole world reacted to her jaw-dropping statement about how she weeded out the alleged mole selling her secrets to the papers.
Coleen wrote that she had set up a sting in order to discover who was selling the stories about her and the Rooney family by setting up fake stories and only giving access to her stories to one person – Rebekah.
Rebekah has denied all the allegations and has called on lawyers to find out who had access to her Instagram and when.
And sources close to the WAG have claimed that she is so sure of her innocence that she is ‘prepared to see Coleen in court if necessary’.
Meanwhile pals of Coleen’s insist that she had ‘had enough of Becky badgering her for the evidence’.
‘She’s said she is more than happy to co-operate but has clashed so badly with Becky that she’s decided she will only release the rest of what she has when Becky’s lawyers make the request,’ the friend told The Sun.
‘She won’t deal with her and is happy to never speak to her in person again.’
