Eamonn Holmes has opened up on how he's been coping with his chronic pain.
The 61 year old was admitted to hospital on 1 April after getting "pain like I've never experienced in my life" and while he's since returned to work on This Morning, doctors have been trying to help him through the horrific agony he's been.
Now, the ITV presenter has detailed how he's been recovering from his ailments, as he told his 1million Twitter followers: "Physio just left after 2nd session of the day . [sic]
"He said my body was hot … result being that I Needed to cool off with my 2nd Cold [cold face emoji] Shower of the day….." [sic]

The TV presenter, who recently said he feels "progress is happening" through his daily rehabilitation methods, added: "Let's hope it helps me sleep soundly Zzzzź". [sic]
Sympathetic fans were quick to comment as one person said: "Can't even begin to imagine what you're going through. My dad is a delivery driver for Morrison's and he's sitting down and bending down a lot so ends up with sore backs and his whole wage goes to his chiropractor. Hoping you get an answer soon," followed by a pleading face emoji and a crossed fingers emoji.
"Hope you get the answers and correct treatment soon. I had two bouts of sciatica a few years ago – worst pain ever. Hope you manage some sleep x," [sic] another wrote.

While a third added: "I know how you feel, I've been suffering from chronic pain for over 8 years now. I would go to the doctors with symptoms and get told it was in my head. It wasn't until last year when my doctor started saying how it starts, now I know it was not in my head, pain so bad at times". [sic]
It comes as Eamonn was recently missing from This Morning after being unable to make it back in time from the loo after the ad break.
His wife Ruth appeared on-screen by herself and explained his absence to the viewers who were wondering where he had got to.

She said: "Hello, welcome to This Morning. Now many of you who follow Eamonn on social media will know he has been talking a lot about chronic pain.
"It's ironic that he's not here because he had to nip to the loo. It takes him so long walking, so he's just on his way back. It takes him longer to walk now."
Just moments later, Eamonn hobbled back onto the set with the aid of a walking stick.
