The documentary, which is being directed by Andrew Slater, will be accompanied by an exclusive soundtrack produced by Slater featuring covers of classic tracks from artists featured in the film, like Fiona Apple, Beck, Eric Clapton, Jakob Dylan, Norah Jones, Neil Young, and many more.

The documentary will also feature in-depth interviews with Clapton, David Crosby, Brian Wilson, Jackson Browne, and the late Tom Petty, to whom the film is dedicated.

BMG will premiere Echo in the Canyon at ArcLight’s Cinerama Dome and The Landmark in Los Angeles on May 24 with live music performances.
