Scott Sinclair has broken his silence on social media following news that he and fiancée Helen Flanagan have reportedly split.
The 33 year old professional footballer and Coronation Street star Helen, 32, have been together for 13 years and share three children together Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and one year old son Charlie.
But on 24 October, The Sun reported that the pair called time on their decade-long relationship, with a source explaining that they hit a "rough patch" over the summer. They added: "Helen and Scott have committed to co-parenting their kids as a family unit."
Now, Scott has returned to his Instagram for the first time since the "break up" was announced as he posted a photo of himself posing with his kids.
Scott has a massive smile plastered across his face as he sits down in an indoor playground wearing a grey blazer with a pair of dark trousers while his son Charlie sits on his lap.
Charlie looks adorable in a bear-themed long-sleeved top with some corduroy brown trousers, which he's paired with blue socks.
Meanwhile, Matilda wears a cat-themed white top and matching trousers as she poses with her hand in the air in a claw shape.
And her sister Delilah sits next to hear in a skeleton jumpsuit along with pink socks as she looks off to the side.
Scott captioned the family picture with three black heart emojis – avoiding mentioning the topic of his reported split.
Many of his 221,000 followers were quick to comment as one person wrote: "Gorgeous kids with their daddy," followed by a red heart emoji.
Another couldn't help but broach the topic of his relationship with Helen as they said: "What a sad end to a lovely family," alongside a crying emoji.
A third agreed: "Hope you guys work things out. Gorgeous family," with a celebration hands emoji.
While a fourth added: "Would love you both to be able tp sort things out. So sad," with three green heart emojis and a rainbow emoji.
Helen and Scott first started dating back in 2009, while the footballer was playing for Wigan Athletic.
The pair got engaged in 2018 during a family holiday in Disneyland Paris.
Corrie star Helen and Scott welcomed their first child Matilda in 2015, while their second daughter Delilah was born in 2018.
Their third child Charlie arrived last year, in March 2021, as Scott took to his Instagram to announce the happy news.
Posting a black-and-white snap of mother and baby on his Instagram page, he wrote at the time: "I couldn’t ask for a better gift on my Birthday, what a blessing!!! welcome to the world son.
"Charlie Scott Sinclair 25/03/21".
