Jodie Turner-Smith looked sensational when she walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival last night. The Anne Boleyn star wowed in a feathered yellow ombre gown as she posed for pictures at the prestigious event.
The 34-year-old actress, who is also set to star in upcoming release After Yang, was at the Stillwater screening.
Her form-fitting gown featured a contrasting black studded detail at the bust, while showcasing her slim figure and ample cleavage.
She teamed the show-stopping number with statement jewellery adorned with yellow gems and wore her braided hair piled high into a bun.
She could be seen on the red carpet with her nine-year-old co-star Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja.
The young star twinned with Jodie in an equally beautiful dress.
While the mum-of-one’s dress featured a cream bodice which flowed into a yellow train, Malea’s coordinating number was designed in reverse.
The pair sweetly held hands as they smiled for the camera.
Also on the red carpet were the stars of the film; Matt Damon, Camille Cotti and Abigail Breslin.
Jodie recently made headlines after landing the lead role in Channel 5 miniseries Anne Boleyn.
The three-part programme follows the wife of King Henry VIII in the final five months of her life prior to her execution in 1536.
She is also known for playing Sgt. Azima Kandie in The Last Ship and Melantha Jhirl in horror science fiction TV show Nightflyers.
2021 film After Yang will see her take on another science fiction role, playing Kyra opposite Colin Farrell.
Ahead of her big night, Jodie’s husband sent her a beautiful bouquet of flowers to mark the occasion.
The movie star is married to fellow actor Joshua Jackson, 43.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2019, are parents to a daughter who was born in April last year.
The mum-of-one shared a gushing tribute to her husband on social media last month to mark Father’s Day.
Tagging her spouse in her post, she wrote: “My darling @vancityjax, it is apparent, by the effortlessness and fearlessness with which you father our child, that this is your destiny. your birthright. your joy.
“I thank god every day that you hold the both of us in your strong, capable hands. you are loved. you are adored.
“You are the best father and husband and friend. thank you for waiting for us. happy father’s day to you,” she added in view of her 312,000 followers.
