The Queen's Platinum Jubilee was filled with many memorable moments as the country came together to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's incredible 70 year reign.

As expected there were moments which left many with a tear in their eye, while other times when we were left in tears as the country celebrated the Queen's dedication to her country. But, no one expected Prince Louis to steal the show.

The cheeky four year old prince left many chuckling with his antics on the balcony during Thursday's Trooping the Colour where he could be seen covering his ears and jumping up and down.

And Louis' cheeky antics didn't stop there as he was also spotted pulling funny faces and covering his mum Kate's face at the Queen's Jubilee Pageant on Sunday.

A close friend of the Royal family, has revealed that Kate Middleton, 40, and her husband Prince William, 39, have "loved" the public's reaction to their son's cheeky behaviour.

The insider told The Telegraph: ''It wasn’t as if he was being naughty or anything. They were just kids being kids.

''Of course, as parents they love to see all the photographs the next day."

The friend of Kate and William explained that the couple were trying to slowly but surely ''acclimatise the children to the life they are going to lead''.

''It’s a careful balance – they want to get them used to that world but not make it too intense or make them feel like they’re different," they said.

Discussing the four days of celebrations, the source also went onto describe how shocked the Queen's great-grandchildren were to see her having tea with Paddington.

They added: "It was the same with Bond – no one knew it was happening until it happened."

Fans of Prince Louis have now demanded he get his own meme page after taking social media by storm.

The young prince's antics caused so much both Mike Tindall was forced to intervene and was seen making a funny 'I'm watching you' hand gesture.

But the former rugby ace, 43, couldn't resist some cheeky behaviour himself after he was pictured stealing wife, Zara Tindall's hat at the Epsom Derby.
