Meghan Markle Admits She’s Craving Yoga Today: ’A Nice Practice Would Be So Fantastic Right Now'

During her outing in snowy Bristol on Friday, Meghan Markle admitted the chilly temps had her craving a relaxing yoga session.

As she chatted with well-wishers who had gathered to great Meghan and Prince Harry upon their arrival in Bristol, she came across a fellow yoga fan in the crowd.

“What kind of yoga do you do?” Meghan, who is expecting her first child in late April, asked them. “It works for the mind and body, it’s so key. A nice practice would be so fantastic right now.”

Meghan has been a long-time advocate of yoga, with her mom Doria Ragland — who is an instructor in Los Angeles — playing a major role in her love for the practice.

“Yoga is my thing,” Meghan previously told Best Health Magazine. “My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven.”

“I was very resistant as a kid,” Meghan continued. “But she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.’ In college, I started doing it more regularly.”

Renovations on the couple’s new home in Windsor also reportedly include a yoga studio, perfect for mom-and-baby yoga sessions!

During the couple’s royal tour Down Under in October, Meghan admitted she was fighting jet lag with a morning yoga session at 4:30 a.m.

During Friday’s visit, Meghan apologized for the couple’s late arrival, explaining they had “got the train down today. It was a few minus late but we tried our best to get down here fast.”

“Sorry my hand is cold!” she told another well-wisher. “Nice to meet you. Thank you for staying outside in this weather.”

“I hope everyone gets a nice cup of tea after this,” she added. “We are just happy to be here.”
