Hours later, Amy took to the gram once again where she revealed she’d given birth – on the same day as Meghan Markle.
The new mother announced the news in touching message, and adorable photo of herslef cradling the tot, while hubby Chris Fischer planted a kiss on her head.
She said: ’10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born.’
Amy had been open about the difficulties she face during her pregnancy, and revealed she was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness.
The 37-year-old was forced to cancel her stand-up tour telling fans: ‘The baby and I are healthy and everything looks good, but I am in my third trimester and I am still nauseous all the time and vomiting.
‘I vomit mostly every time I rise in a car even for five minutes.’
She added: ‘I have a pretty good attitude about it and some days I feel good for a couple of hours, but mostly it sucks.’
