Phillip Schofield has given fans a peek at his very unique lockdown exercise routine, that includes drinking alcohol.
The 58 year old, who recently starred in a mental health video alongside his This Morning co-star Holly Willoughby, took to his Instagram Stories to share a hilarious clip of himself on a run outside.
In the shaky recording, the TV presenter could be seen wearing a striped pale green T-shirt as he ran through what appeared to be a park in the sunshine.
He then revealed a tall glass of gin and tonic in his hand, which included several ice cubes and a slice of lemon.

"The trouble is, it's always extremely hard to run and not spill your gin and tonic," he told his 3.2million followers before taking a sip of his drink.
Phillip, who recently got a haircut from his wife Stephanie, added: "All fine, all fine. Love a bit of lockdown exercise. Cheers!"
It comes as the ITV star recently hit out at comments hinting at a romance between him and a friend, who he met for his first socially distanced walk earlier this month.
The Dancing On Ice presenter posted a photo of himself and his male family friend stood in a large field to mark his first socially distanced meet-up with someone outside his household since lockdown on his Instagram.
Phillip’s photo showed him wearing a black pair of sunglasses and a pale blue T-shirt while smiling at the camera.
Meanwhile, his friend could be seen standing behind him from a distance while smiling at the camera and wearing a pink shirt with jeans, a black jumper and trainers.
