Piers Morgan in fresh swipe at Liz Hurley amid vow to ‘deport’ Hugh Grant if he becomes PM

Piers Morgan slams Liz Hurley on claiming her ‘mum’ took photos

Piers Morgan, 55, has aimed yet another swipe at Liz Hurley, 55, after unleashing an epic rant on Good Morning Britain about her boob-baring snaps, which the model posed for in the snow earlier this week. The journalist also took the opportunity to simultaneously hit out at her Liz’s ex-boyfriend Hugh Grant, 60, as he vowed to “deport” the Love Actually actor if he ever becomes Prime Minister.

Piers issued his jibes while sharing his potential political manifesto following calls from fans for him to become the UK’s next PM.

The star explained: “With more and more people clamouring for me to take over the reins at No10 and restore some kind of order to our embattled nation.

“And the campaign has got me thinking: if I ever did throw my hat into the political ring, and made it to the highest office in the land, what would I do?”

Piers went on to share 20 ways he would improve the country if he got involved in politics.

One part of his manifesto was issued in reference to Liz and Hugh after Piers branded the former’s topless Instagram photos “creepy”.

The outspoken host, who has feuded with Hugh in the past, penned: “I’d deport Hugh Grant to anywhere that would have the whiny, pompous, irritating, sanctimonious little bore.

“And put his ex-girlfriend Liz ‘look at my whammers!’ Hurley under a curfew requiring her to wear clothes in public places during the hours of daylight, for the sake of what’s left of her dignity,” he added in his latest column for the Daily Mail.

It comes after Piers branded Hugh a “stuck-up arrogant twerp” after the actor said Britain “is finished” in a TV interview in 2020.

The Notting Hill star, who has campaigned for the Liberal Democrats and Labour, called Brexit and Boris Johnson’s ruling a “catastrophe” in his interview at the time.

Piers fumed over Hugh’s comments, writing on Twitter: “Hugh Grant is so disgusting. How dare he say Britain is ‘finished’?

“The only thing that’s finished is this stuck-up arrogant twerp’s credibility as any kind of political expert.”

Piers has also been ranting about Hugh’s ex-girlfriend Liz this week due to her revealing wintry photos.

He sarcastically said on GMB: “Very sorry because yesterday I called her thirsty as the moment the snow came out she took all her clothes off and ran outside and posed topless.

“Then she posted it claiming, ‘How could I resist?’ Well, of course, how could an attention-seeking narcissist resist?”

Piers added: “Loose Women had a go at me for criticising the way she looks. She looks fantastic, that’s not the argument.

“The point is I inadvertently followed the newspaper lead that it was her son Damian, who is 18, and he’s a photographer who she has rightly said takes all her pictures.

“That would be really creepy, getting your son to take your topless pictures in the snow is creepy.

“Let’s just, the apology is coming, she says it wasn’t her son. Apparently, according to her tweet, she says it was her 80-year-old mother. Of course it was.”

Hugh dated Liz from 1987 after they met on the set of a Spanish production titled Remando Al Viento.

The pair dated until 2000, when they amicably split.

They have remained close friends ever since despite their break-up and Hugh is the godfather to Liz’s son Damian, while she is the godmother to one of the actor’s five children.
