Piers Morgan took to Instagram to share another glimpse to his 1.7 million followers of his ‘lads' holiday’ with his three sons.
The journalist, 56, shared a split picture of his three sons, Stanley, 24, Spencer, 28, and Bertie, 20, from a throwback from their younger years on the same holiday to Antigua, and one from this year’s trip showing how the boys have grown up.
He took to the post to recognise the Jumby Bay Island Resort the family stay in in Antigua, but was quick to pre-empt trolls assuming he was promoting the resort in some sort of deal with them.
Piers said: “How it started…. How it’s growing…
“Thanks to all the brilliant staff at @jumbybayresort for another wonderful holiday. Really is a very special place run by very special people.”
The former Britain’s Got Talent judge continued: “My sons and I go there most years for our annual ‘lads holiday’ and love Jumby like a second home because that’s how everyone who works there makes us (and every other guest) feel. ps Relax, trolls, I paid full whack….I just give them lots of Insta love because they deserve it.”
Celebrities took to the post to comment including his fellow judge from Britain’s Got Talent, Amanda Holden, 50. She commented with a clapping hands emoji and three red heart emojis.
Presenter Richard Arnold, 51, also took to Piers’ post to say: “precious time spent.”
Piers’ wife, Celia Walden, 45, also commented on her husband’s post, sharing: “It goes so fast.”
One fan of the TV personality told Piers he didn’t need to “defend himself”. She said: “I don't think you have to justify yourself, just a dad enjoying with his sons.”
The former presenter of ITV's Good Morning Britain also shared a picture of himself standing at the edge of the sea with the stunning Antigua shoreline in the distance. He wore a blue collared t-shirt and black shorts polka dot shorts. He captioned the shot: “Beach bum”.
Piers took to social media earlier this week to share an image of himself stood alongside his three sons as they modelled matching all-white ensembles as they holidayed in Antigua.
Piers captioned the post: "Bee Gee Morgans… and yes, it’s a (fashion) tragedy."
Dad-of-four Piers, who also shares nine year old daughter Elise with wife Celia, shared another snap last week of the sunset from his bed at the luxurious villa, captioned: "Current view. As my sons would put it… ‘not too shabby'."
