Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, 47, is set to face a difficult choice over her son Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding guest list due to Meghan Markle’s feud with the Royal Family, according to a source. The fashion designer is preparing to host a glamorous ceremony for her and husband David Beckham’s 22-year-old son, who is set to tie the knot with fiancée Nicola Peltz next summer.
However, despite Victoria’s joy over helping to plan the star-studded occasion, she is reportedly running into some difficulties due to Meghan and Prince Harry’s explosive exit from the UK and their roles as Senior Royals.
It comes after Victoria and former Manchester United footballer David, 46, have forged friendships with Prince Harry and his older brother Prince William over the years.
David was recently spotted enjoying England’s Euro 2020 matches with William and his wife Kate Middleton.
The sportsman has also reportedly referred to William as his “close mate”.
Meanwhile, Victoria has grown close to Meghan following her move to California, US, with Harry and their young family.
The Beckhams also attended both William and Kate’s wedding and Harry and Meghan’s nuptials.
Following their appearances at the royal weddings, Victoria is said to feel that the couple should invite the royals to be there when Brooklyn celebrates his big day with Nicola.
According to a source, Victoria is now facing a tricky dilemma, as she is unsure whether to avoid inviting just one of the royal couples to the ceremony, or enduring the distraction of having both attend the wedding.
The source told Closer Magazine: “Vic’s a bit concerned about inviting both couples and all the attention being focused on the warring Royals rather than her son and his future wife.
“Whoever they don’t invite, it will look like a snub and she’s worried that if she invites both, it will create conflict for her and David given they want to remain on good terms with both couples.
“She’s understandably worried about being dragged into Meghan’s feud.”
They added that David has suggested he and Victoria should invite both William and Kate and Meghan and Harry in a bid to “remain neutral”.

Victoria has previously gushed over Meghan’s philosophy about being kind.
In an interview with Glamour, the star said: “I liked what Meghan Markle said at the Fashion Awards.
“That it used to be cool to be cruel, and now it’s cool to be kind.
“Kindness has always been at the core of girl power.”
Meghan has also been pictured wearing clothes from Victoria’s fashion label in the past, showing the pair’s mutual respect for one another.
Brooklyn and Nicola began dating in October 2019 and got engaged in July last year.
Victoria was full of praise for her future daughter-in-law during an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine, saying: “She’s sweet, she’s kind, she’s such a lovely, warm, wonderful, wonderful woman. We couldn’t have asked for Brooklyn to meet a more adorable, lovely lady.
“We are very happy. We love her. He’s so happy.”
