A SAVVY mum has taken to social media to show off how she decorated her kids’ bedroom on a budget.
Bargain hunter mum Shauna Matthews proudly took to Facebook yesterday to share her epic DIY job, leaving many stunned.
Posting in the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.2million members, Shauna shared pictures of her brilliant buy – stickers from Shein.
She explained that the stickers cost her £6.40 in total and have given the plain white walls an instant upgrade.
She said: “Moved into our house less than a year ago so the walls have stayed white until I decide what to do but got these wall stickers from SHEIN!!!!
“Sooooo cheap – managed to do both walls for £6.40!!!!

Shauna then shared three pictures of her kid’s bedroom walls – each decorated with stickers.
One wall was beautifully decorated with dinosaur stickers, while the other two were donned with a variety of rainbows.

Shauna’s post has clearly impressed many, as it was shared just 22 hours ago, but has quickly amassed a whopping 2,600 likes.
386 people took to the comments to compliment the mum’s DIY work, with many left open-mouthed at how good the stickers looked.
One person said: “Way better idea than repainting or changing wallpaper.. really cute too.”
Another added: “Looks lovely and great idea!”
A third commented: “Love the dinosaur ones, they are so cute.”
While one user asked: “They look lovely, I’ve been looking at wall stickers. Question is do they peal the paint off with them when removing?”
To this, Shauna explained “I took a couple off to place them in a different place and they didn’t take the paint off but not sure if they’re there a long time if they will or not.”
Someone else noted: “Shein stickers are the best!”
Meanwhile many other parents shared pictures of their DIY makeovers thanks to Shein stickers.
One mum posted: “We did our daughters wall for £8, £1 for a sheet of 30!
“We’re rented so can’t do much! Looks so good in person.”
