A WOMAN in her 60s is holding true to her belief that age is just a number, and proudly flaunts her figure in whatever she wants.
Jodi Harrison Bauer (@jodiharrisonbauer), who is 62-years-old and "ageing without apology," often shares fitness, fashion and anti-ageing tips online.
In her most recent TikTok video, the podcast host and former Sports Illustrated Swim finalist can be seen strutting her stuff wearing a figure-hugging black asymmetric mini dress which shows off her never-ending legs.
As she confidently walks towards the camera in her high heels, she then ruffles up her hair before walking out of shot of the camera.
Jodi notes how she was born in 1960, is "62 years young" and 12 years post-menopause.
Alongside the video, she wrote: "Lean into your age, don't run from it."

The fitness guru also went on to share several hashtags – including #ageisjustanumber #ageisirrelevent #confidenceissexy and #62yearsyoung.
It wasn't long before the post went viral, racking up over 558k views and several comments, with many commending Jodi on her youthful looks.

And it's not the first time the age-defying beauty has been inundated with praise online.
Taking to Instagram, she previously posted a clip about her commitment to getting fit and healthy and penned: "I'm 62 and I'm just getting started…again."
The fitness guru wore an all-black outfit in the video with leggings on the bottom and a cropped long-sleeve on top.
She also mouthed the lyrics, "I don't know what you heard about me," from P.I.M.P. by 50 Cent.
