I’m a Dollar Tree worker – something in our store keeps moving the items and it’s spooking me out | The Sun

A DOLLAR Tree worker has claimed that the store's products are constantly being moved, leaving employees spooked.

The Redditor revealed that a haunting spirit named Earl makes the boxes fall and moves the balloons.

They also claimed that Earl also opens the store’s automatic doors.

The worker joked: “This one time I was blowing up balloons and I felt something pulling the hood of my hoodie. I turned around and there was no one there.”

The chilling revelation has left Dollar Tree workers spooked as they shared their experiences on Reddit.

One claimed that a ghost keeps leaving stray dimes on the floor and knocks over items when employees aren’t looking at night.

And, an employee said her co-worker claimed to see a ghost float by as she left the store.

The worker recalled: “She was serious too, she said this ‘gift’ since childhood to see spirits and s**t.

“She assured me it was friendly, though, but I haven’t noticed anything strange since that night. Always thought it was weird.”

Workers have claimed their spirits Kevin and Fred have previously pushed over stacks of boxes in the stock room.

And, an employee said their in-store ghost named George has a strange obsession with opening the freezer doors.

Dozens of workers at stores across the country have named their spirits.

One gave their ghost the moniker Angela after being inspired by the Matilda villain Miss Trunchbull.

It comes after a Dollar Tree worker revealed their biggest pet hate that forces them to shout at customers on the intercom.

The unnamed employee said they get furious when children start bouncing basketballs in the aisles.

They vented on Reddit: “Whenever I hear a ball bouncing, I jump on that phone and sternly and professionally tell the customers not to bounce them.”

Responding to the worker’s frustrations, another employee claimed two kids ran around the store and shot each other with water guns.

Redditors slammed children that believe the “world is their playground”.

And, another worker was left exasperated after being constantly quizzed about the price of the store's frozen food.

Dollar Tree is renowned for selling hundreds of items that cost just $1.25.
