Remember ‘Grumpy Grace’ from Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding? Here’s what she looks like eight years on

A CHEEKY bridesmaid who stole the show at Kate Middleton and Prince William’s wedding is all grown-up as the couple celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary.

Millions of people tuned in to watch the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2011, with the country enjoying a Bank Holiday to celebrate.

From the first glimpse of Kate’s dress to the iconic balcony kiss, there’s one moment which stands out – a grumpy bridesmaid who stole the show.

As the Duke of Cambridge leaned in to kiss his new bride on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, three-year-old Grace van Cutsem put her hands over her ears.

The cheeky bridesmaid unwittingly photobombed one of the most iconic moments of the 21st century as she scowled at the crowds.

The photo of her frowning went viral and the image was made into countless memes, but eight years later little Grace is all grown-up and her infamous pout is gone.

TEN! Happy birthday Gracelet you magic little lady @huntervanc ??????????????????????????????

Now 11-years-old, Grace is a big sister to two younger brothers, and mum, Rose Astor, shares snaps of her brood on Instagram.

Cheeky Grace is now at school and has been enjoying family holidays, including a lavish break in Sri Lanka with her family last year.

Her trademark scowl has gone, replaced with a shining smile and long, curly hair as she larks about with her siblings in the family snaps.

And it seems royal weddings run in the family, with Grace’s cousin, Florence, picked as a bridesmaid for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

They had pretty much murdered each other by the time we arrived at school #emptynestadventures here I come….

Also three, the daughter of Alice van Cutsem and Major Nicholas van Cutsem – Prince Harry's goddaughter – sadly didn’t pull any memorable faces on the big day.

Having a van Cutsem child at a royal wedding seems to be a tradition, with Prince Charles and Princess Diana having Edward van Cutsem – Florence’s uncle – as a page boy at their wedding in 1981.

Here's the love story of the Cambridge's as they celebrate their eighth wedding anniversary.

And Kate and William's youngest child, Prince Louis, has turned one – this is how he celebrated.

Last week, we told you how Prince Harry is "able to relax" around "funny" sister-in-law Kate Middleton without Prince William present.
