Royal family news – Prince Harry's 2 CLOSEST royal allies stunned by tell-all book bombshell & 'running out of patience'

PRINCE Harry's two closest royal allies feel stunned by the surprise news of his book – and are "running out of patience" with the Duke.

Prince Harry's royal cousins Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice are said to have been stunned by the revelation he has signed up to write four books worth a staggering £29m.

According to the MailOnline, a senior royal source said: "The emotional turmoil as they wait over a year for publication is going to be torturous.

"What's really telling is even the relatives he remains closest to, like princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, are stunned by what he's up to."

The source also noted concerns over how Camilla and father Charles will be represented in the explosive memoirs.

"Let’s be honest, Harry has never been close to the Duchess of Cornwall. If he documents their fraught relationship in the book it could be very damaging at a time when Charles is laying the groundwork for her to become Queen," they added.

    MEGA-MOVE

Thomas Markle is right to take Meghan and Prince Harry to court over not seeing his grandkids, says model Caprice.

The American star backed the former lighting director’s legal fight to meet Archie, two, and baby Lilibet.

Meghan’s estranged dad, 77, last week vowed to take his daughter and son-in-law to court so he can see them.

Caprice, 49, told the Sun Online: “Mr Markle has a right to petition the Court of California for access to his grandchildren.

“If Thomas Markle was a billionaire from Texas, I am sure they would, without a thought, give him direct access to their children.”

CHARLES REFUSED TO TALK TO HARRY DURING MEGXIT AND COMMUNICATED BY LETTER ONLY

Charles refused to speak to Harry on the phone during the “Megxit” talks last year — sending letters instead.

An insider said: “There have been worries for some time that the Sussexes could keep records of what would usually be expected to be private family conversations. There are concerns they could go straight into the memoirs.”

But despite reports of a four-book deal, a spokesman for the Sussexes said Harry was writing only one memoir, to be published next year.

Buckingham Palace did not want to comment.

PRINCE HARRY’S NEW BOOK IS REVENGE FOR WILLIAM ALWAYS HAVING IT BETTER THAN HIM

Angela Levin has had her say on Harry’s latest announcement of his new memoir. She doesn’t seem to be his biggest fan, stating “After telling his story in Finding Freedom, spilling the beans to Oprah Winfrey – twice – now he is writing his ‘literary memoir‘, whatever that is.

“Why is he writing a book?

“The only thing I can think of is that he wants revenge. He is fed up with being the spare to the heir.”

‘VICIOUS, CRUEL AND HORRIBLY SELF-SERVING’: CHARLES’ BIOGRAPHER BLASTS HARRY & MEGHAN

Prince Charles’ biographer has blasted Harry and Meghan for being “vicious, cruel and horribly self-serving”.

Jonathan Dimbleby said the couple did “great damage” to the Queen and the rest of the Royal Family during their tell-all chat with Oprah Winfrey.

Speaking at the Buxton International Festival in Derbyshire this week, the veteran broadcaster, 76, said, as reported by the Daily Mail: “I think that the interview was a very great shame.

“I think it did great damage of a kind that was undeserved to the royal household and specifically to the Queen and her family.”

The bombshell broadcast saw Harry say there was “a lot of hurt” between him and his father and that Charles had stopped taking his calls. He also alleged he was cut off financially after Megxit.

LILIBET FINALLY LISTED ON ROYAL LINE OF SUCCESSION

Meghan and Harry’s daughter Lilibet has FINALLY been listed in the royal line of succession – seven weeks after her birth.

But the official web page for the Duchess of Sussex on royal.uk still lists Meg as a mum of one.

Little Lili Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 4 in the US and is eighth in line to the throne.

But until today, the official website had yet to recognise her birth on the official line of succession – as exclusively reported by The Sun.

The website, which helps keep the public up to date on matters relating to the House of Windsor, was this morning still listing Prince Andrew as eighth in line.

NEW CHAPTER TO MEGHAN AND HARRY’S BIOGRAPHY ‘FINDING FREEDOM’ RELEASED NEXT MONTH

But after a tumultuous year for the Royal Family, an update was needed.

HarperCollins said the epilogue in the paperback edition will share: “Behind the scenes of Harry and Meghan’s ground breaking interview with Oprah, details behind the couple’s move to California (and) the various philanthropic and business endeavours the Sussexes have been involved with since their move and what’s to come with Archewell Productions.”

It will also feature: “The continuous challenges the couple face regarding privacy and the British press (and) the heartbreak the couple felt over Prince Philip’s death.”

The Duke of Sussex released a poignant tribute to his grandfather following his death, calling him a “master of the barbecue, legend of banter, and cheeky right till the end”.

Harry later returned to the UK for the funeral without Meghan, who was pregnant at the time and advised not to travel by her doctors. The Finding Freedom update, which goes on sale on August 31 – the date Diana, Princess of Wales was killed in a car crash in 1997 – is said to have been written with the participation of those closest to the Sussexes.

HARRY & MEGHAN’S ‘HEARTBREAK’ OVER PRINCE PHILIP & ‘BEHIND THE SCENES’ OF BOMBSHELL OPRAH CHAT FEATURE IN UPDATED BOOK

PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle’s “heartbreak” over Prince Philip’s death will feature in an updated version of their biography, Finding Freedom.

Royal reporters Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand have updated the book with a new chapter, promising a host of revelations since it was first published last summer.

As well as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s reaction to Philip’s death, publisher HarperCollins said the latest edition will share “behind the scenes” details of Harry and Meg’s bombshell Oprah interview as well as their move to California.

It will also recount “Meghan’s emotional healing journey from losing a child to the birth of their daughter”.

Finding Freedom already chronicles the duke and duchess’s romance and brief period as members of the monarchy before they broke away to forge a new life for themselves and son Archie in America.

AUSSIE CLAIMING TO BE PRINCE CHARLES & CAMILLA’S LOVECHILD COMPARES PIC OF HIS SON TO THE QUEEN

Aussie Simon Dorante-Day, 55, is adamant he was conceived in 1965 when he says the royal couple were first romantically linked as teenagers.

The UK-born engineer believes the couple conceived him when Charles was just 17, and Camilla 18 and he was later adopted by a family who had links to the Royal Family.

The father-of-nine claims his adoptive grandparents Winifred and Ernest worked as a cook and gardener for the Queen and Prince Philip.

They apparently told him “many times” he was Charles and Camilla‘s child.

He has now had posted a picture on Facebook of his son, Liam, in the middle of two of Queen with the words: “Ummmm. An interesting comparison”.

PRINCE HARRY’S UPCOMING MEMOIR ‘NOT SUPPOSED TO BE A F*** YOU’ TO FAMILY – BUT ROYALS ARE WORRIED OVER SURPRISE BOOK

Insiders claim the Duke of Sussex simply wants to tell his “truth” and has no intention to deliberately hurt his family.

A source told PageSix it is not the duke’s plan to abandon his family for good.

He has instead approached the book as a way to reflect on his life and correct misinformation.

However, royal insiders couldn’t disagree more, with almost all senior royals fearful of a repeat of the Oprah Winfrey interview – or worse.

One said: “On what planet does Harry think that this is not a ‘f*** you’ to the family?”

    QUEEN’S BOOK HELL (CONTINUED…)

Our source said: “She [The Queen] could not wait to get away.

“She is still grieving very deeply and wanted to head to Balmoral to escape from things. She is also incredibly tired.

“The announcement of Harry’s book, and the new claims that he could release four books, are the last thing she needed.

“It is only just over three months since Philip was buried, so the book announcement is incredibly insensitive and seems another two fingers to the monarchy.

“But Her Majesty has told her family and staff that the only way to deal with it is to rise above it. She has actually surprised some staff with her restrained reaction to the book — although the suggestion another could be released after she dies has not helped.”

SARAH FERGUSON SAYS ‘I’M A GREAT SUPPORTER OF OPRAH AND EVERYTHING SHE DOES’ AFTER MEGHAN AND HARRY INTERVIEW

The Duchess of York was diplomatic when quizzed on the chat, which featured a series of explosive revelations.

The couple had their say 25 years after Fergie herself sat down with the chat show host to reveal her life is “no fairytale”.

In an interview with the Telegraph, Sarah cautiously said: “All I want to say on this is that Oprah helped me greatly when I went to the US and was interviewed by her.

“I’m a great supporter of Oprah and everything that she does.”

And she was guarded when asked about Megxit – telling the interviewer: “I wouldn’t presume to give advice to Harry and Meghan, except to say to be happy.”

HARRY AND MEGHAN PALS CLAIM COUPLE ‘KEEPING RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS’ TO BACK UP CLAIMS PUBLISHED IN NEW BOOK

Harry’s memoir — set to examine the “highs and lows” of his royal life — will hit shelves next year, the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Pals of Harry and wife Meghan say they are keeping “receipts” and documents to back up any claims that are published.

    THE QUEEN’S BOOK HELL

A “TIRED, grieving” Queen has gone to Balmoral in a bid to rise above the scandal caused by Prince Harry’s book revelation.

The monarch, 95, made her first trip away from Windsor since Prince Philip’s death.

Meanwhile, it was claimed yesterday that Harry struck a four-book deal, with one to be released after the Queen’s death.

We can also reveal insiders fear he has been making his own recordings and keeping documents to back-up any claims.

The Queen went to Scotland after telling aides she wants to avoid London as it holds painful memories of Philip, who died in April.
