“Glee” actress Amber Riley claimed in a furious Instagram post that a Donald Trump supporter spit on her car as she was trying to pull into a parking space.
“What does being a Trump supporter mean?” the 34-year-old wrote in the message, which she put up Sunday night. “Because I just drove into a parking lot and this older white man with a Trump hat on decided to jump in front of my f—ing car.”
Riley claimed the man repeatedly pointed at his pro-Trump hat as he attempted to block her from parking, which she ignored.
“When I was like, ‘whatever, get on, like, get from in front of my car’…this motherf—er spit on my car,” she wrote.
“In 2020, he saw a black woman, thought he was gonna try to punk me, and the motherf—er spit on my car. I don’t have words for this.”
The Instagram message, which has since been deleted, did not say exactly when or where this incident happened. Reps for Riley, who lives in Los Angeles, did not immediately return a request for comment.
“But I can say this,” she added. “I’m not the one, the two or the three. I’m not the person that’s gonna take their phone out and make you famous when you’re doing racist s–t. I’ma beat your ass. I don’t condone violence, but I do condone self-defense. Because I can ignore your racist bulls–t, but when it comes to assault I’m not taking my phone out, this is not a game.”
Riley went on to defend actress Francia Raisa, who also claimed to have been harassed by a caravan of Trump supporters last week.
“I’m done being nice. I don’t care who you guys support, I care about the way that you’re trying to make people feel. I care about attacking people, I care about trying to make people feel less than.”
She added, “I care about you keeping your hands to yourself, I care about you keeping your comments to yourself, and I care about you keeping your bodily fluids to yourself.”
