Best Xbox One and the Xbox Series X Deals | The Sun UK

After a long wait, Microsoft's Xbox Series X is finally out, but is currently quite hard to get.

If you're looking for Microsoft consoles you're in the right place, however, as we have selected here for you all the best Xbox One deals, as well as some pointers to get the latest Xbox Series X console.

Xbox Series X/S: Specifications

With four times the processing power of the Xbox One, the Series X is extremely powerful.

The console also has some new interesting features regarding Project XCloud, saving in suspended states, and some genuinely impressing technical specs.

You can read all about them here.

The Xbox Series X costs £449 and it's been hard to get since pre-orders opened last year.

The console was released alongside the Xbox Series S, a £249 device with a lower price but pretty solid specs.

The Series S supports games at up to 1440p and 120 frames per second, and just like the Series X features ray tracing and fast SSD loading.

Unlike the Series X, the Series S is available for purchase from a number of retailers.

Where to buy Xbox Series X and when will there be a restock?

While it is not yet sure when the Series X will be available again, there are retailers that periodically restock the consoles in the UK.

The best way to find out when stock has dropped is to check these websites regularly. Some of them also allow you to sign up to an email notification system to warn you directly once the Xbox Series X is back in stock.

Is Xbox Series X better than PS5?

Both consoles cost virtually the same price, and have similar processing capabilities, but Microsoft has a slight advantage when it comes to sheer processing power.

In addition, unlike the PS5, which is only compatible with PS4 games, the Microsoft flagship console is backwards-compatible with all Xbox One games, selected Xbox 360, and even some original Xbox games.

In terms of controllers, the PS5’s new DualSense controllers are quite great and innovative, but battery life is not reportedly as good as the Xbox Series X gamepad.

Moreover, while Sony has traditionally had more exclusives than Microsoft throughout the years, the introduction of Xbox Game Pass could change that, with several exclusives already planned for the rest of the year.

Which stores have the best deals on Xbox One?

If you're waiting to get your hands on an Xbox Series X, or simply want to own every single Microsoft console, you should know many retailers are still selling the Xbox One.

Coming in two flavours, respectively Xbox One S and Xbox One X, the price of this gaming console can vary especially after the release of the Series X/S.

Microsoft also offers a digital-only version of the Xbox One S that does not read physical games, but is it worth it?
