A dad has been praised for his tasty packed lunch meal for his family.
Stephen revealed details of his homemade pastry which includes three kinds of meats and vegetables to balance it out.
The Australian man claims he wakes up early to make the goods for his wife and kids.
He cooks the bits so his family can get to school and work with a delicious treat for lunch.
The dad's recipe doesn't require many ingredients, just beef mince, pork, bacon, courgettes, onion, celery and sundried tomatoes.
And he's got a special technique too which means the veggies won't make the rolls soggy.
Posting on a Facebook group, he wrote: "Making food for school lunches saves heaps of time in the morning.
"And my kids love a hot sausage roll for lunch.
"Vegetables can cause the pastry to go soggy if you don't evaporate the moisture when frying."
Since he delighted other parents with the hack, dozens commented on the post.

Another added: "They look really delicious.
"Should I ever sleep in I hope someone in my household thinks to make baked goods for when I wake up."
A third commented: "I love that you let them all sleep in."
Stephen replied to the comment: "My wife deserves to sleep in, she works very hard and I need to let her have her beauty sleep."
Who said romance was dead right?
To make Stephen's tasty rolls, just fry the ingredients for 15 minutes until the liquid evaporates so the pastry doesn't go soggy.
Then place it in the pastry and bake in the oven until brown and crispy. Tasty!
