Erika Jayne stunned her “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” co-stars on Wednesday’s episode with the news of her divorce from husband Tom Girardi.

In the show’s final minutes, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna received text messages from Jayne, 49, who confirmed that her two-decade marriage to Girardi, 82, was over.

“Ladies, I truly consider you my close friends and this is why I’m reaching out to tell you that I filed for divorce this morning. Thank you for supporting me. This will be tough,” her message read.

News of Jayne’s divorce broke on Election Day last November. Following the bombshell revelation from their friend, Richards, 52, Kemsley, 44, and Rinna, 57, conversed over FaceTime.

“Did you have any idea?” Kemsley asked her castmates, to which Rinna replied, “No!”

“And we were just in [Lake] Tahoe and not one [word],” Richards added. “It’s a long time to spend with someone to all of a sudden be done.”

In the wake of the divorce news, Jayne and Girardi were sued by Edelson PC, a class-action firm representing the victims of Lion Air Flight 610, for allegedly embezzling money leading up to their split.

Girardi was hit with another lawsuit in December and was also held in contempt of court in the Lion Air settlement suit. In addition, the powerhouse attorney testified in an unspecified case that he is broke, the Los Angeles Times reported later that month.

In February, Girardi’s brother Robert was named his conservator following a medical emergency. Girardi was also stripped of his admission to the California State Bar in March.

Girardi recently spoke out on the conservatorship, stating in a virtual court hearing Wednesday that he disagrees with it “altogether.”

“I think that we should put together the reasons why the conservatorship should be dissolved, and then we’ll address it, address the court. Right now, I have nothing to say to the court,” Girardi said, according to Us Weekly.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
