Inside Lydia Bright’s Welsh spa trip as she flaunts gorgeous figure in swimsuit

Lydia Bright has given a sneak peek inside her 'magical birthday weekend' to Cardiff with her sisters Georgia and Romana.

The 31 year old, who recently partied with former The Only Way Is Essex co-stars Lucy Mecklenburgh and Georgia Kousoulou, looked every inch the birthday girl as she posed in her bedroom at the luxury hotel which had been decked with gold and cream balloons.

Mum-of-one Lydia looked gorgeous in a navy and pink floral dress as she posed for an Instagram picture before bursting into laughter in a candid snap to her 1.2million followers.

Lydia, who is mum to one year old daughter Loretta, also posted a selfie with her sisters Georgia and Romana in the hotel room.

The blonde beauty revealed that their mum Debbie Bright had organised the weekend away as she penned: "Thank you, Mumma, for organising my magical birthday weekend in Cardiff.

"AD It’s a new year & it’s the new me with a social life dressed up in @oasisfashion (you can shop the look on my stories) for a night exploring the city with my sissys. I may have shed a few tears leaving Loretta & missing her like crazy."

She continued: "It's the longest we have ever been apart. But as per Georgia is making sure we laugh so hard that we can’t breathe. Oh & it’s been absolutely wonderful to have a meal without stickers all over my face and to sleep without being punched in the face at 1am."

A Superior Queen room at the hotel for a night in March costs £289 while the inclusion of dinner and breakfast is £329 and Lydia also made the most of The Spa at The Parkgate Hotel which has a stunning pool and panoramic views over the city.

The beauty showcased her gorgeous figure in a plunging teal swimsuit as she stepped into the turquoise pool to relax in the calming surroundings.

However Lydia was also eager to get home to her adorable Loretta and shared a heartwarming video of her daughter giggling, captioned: "When home is a person not a place…that's love."

It comes after Lydia kicked off her birthday celebrations with a trip to Dormy House in the Cotswolds where she shared a glimpse of her delicious dinner and relaxing spa facial.

Lydia revealed that she felt 'so relaxed and pampered' after a Temple Spa Champagne and Truffles facial which is priced at £145 for 90 minutes.
