Justin Bieber has nailed the “streetwear” look.
You know, streetwear. The fashion that’s meant to look haphazard and hand-me-down, but is actually expensive and new. The look that you easily re-create while wearing all of your forgotten, ill-fitting, mustard-colored garments at your parents’ house over Christmas when you need warm clothes but can’t find anything that’s less than 15 years old. The outfits that look insane on most people but kind-of, sort-of OK on Instagram supermodels.
Justin Bieber’s Drew House fashion line is definitely streetwear.
For the cool starting price of $48 you can have a unisex, oversize T-shirt with a smiley face on it that reminds you of your Lisa Frank folders from middle school. And for $128 you can get a corduroy hoodie, which does look quite comfy, actually, and for some reason in the product description says: “all swans in england belong to the queen.” There are plenty of other corduroy and smiley face options to choose from, many of which say “drew” on them, as in Bieber’s middle name.

But don’t get too excited about these purchases. Be cool. That, in essence, is the Drew House motto. As the site says, “drew house is a place you can be yourself. blah blah blah … wear like you don’t care. come chill. k. bye.”
Shorts with “drew” written on the crotch are described as “great for sitting on bean bag chairs and couches,” and a smiley face long-sleeve is “guaranteed to put a smile on your face chest.”
Sweet, bro? I clearly don’t know the lingo for this stuff. If you do, here’s the site.
Bieber’s Drew slippers don’t appear to be sold online yet.
