Louise Thompson is clearly in full nesting mode as she and fiancé Ryan Libbey gear up to welcome their baby boy in a matter of weeks.

The pregnant former Made In Chelsea star is currently working hard to create the perfect nursery space for the new arrival and has shared the start of her plans with fans on social media.

Louise posted a series of photos of how things are shaping up as she approaches her due date in November.

The 31 year old has invested in an adorable oversized stuffed dog toy, which is currently sitting pride of place waiting for the other furniture to arrive.

Louise and Ryan have also been shopping for baby clothes and proudly shared their adorable selection with fans on social media.

The haul included what appears to be a Christmas themed onesie which their baby boy can wear for the upcoming festive season.

Louise told fans they planned to repaint the space, and are now searching for the perfect shade having picked plenty of samples to try out.

Louise posted a picture of the paint pots with the caption: “This weekend we’re gonna go paint sample mad around the house!”

The pair are currently in the middle of renovating their home, and have previously said that they just hope the nursery will be finished by the time the baby is born.

Louise explained: “We're also doing our home renovation project at the moment – the deadlines for both things – I don't know if one is more predictable than the other, both can be early and both can be late. There's not a lot of security in that sense.

“We're trying to get the nursery sorted in the house at least so at the bare minimum we will have a bedroom and the nursery.”

Louise has endured a difficult pregnancy and is in a 'high risk category' due to an autoimmune condition.

The TV star was rushed to hospital in August with a suspected blood clot after she began to cough up blood.

After 24 hours of tests in hospitals, Louise was sent home but admits the experience unnerved her and now she is looking forward to giving birth.

She said: “Everyone's experience is different, some people find it a doddle and they feel guilty for saying how easy they found it but I almost feel guilty saying how hard I find it because there are people that can't get pregnant in the first place.”

“For me, delivering a healthy baby, that's where all my fears lie. Anything that comes after that I can handle.

"I just want to get to that end point in one shape and for it to all turn out well."
