A man wrote into Daily Star agony aunt Jane O’Gorman after growing tired of his girlfriend’s tricks.
Bizarrely, he keeps being surprised by his partner walking around in a wedding dress.
And not just any old bridal attire either – as he was disturbed to find out she’d been rocking her own mum’s frock.
The exasperated reader wrote: “My girlfriend keeps putting on her mum’s old wedding dress 'for a laugh'.
“She freaks me out every time she charges into the bedroom looking like Miss Havisham.
“I’ve told her I don’t fancy sex in costume – but she calls me boring.”
The anonymous bloke added that the prank is putting him off walking down the aisle with his girlfriend in the future.
He added: “I know she’s desperate to get married, but this charade only succeeds in putting me off her.”
Thankfully, Jane was on hand to offer her words of advice and urged the reader to put his food down.
JANE SAYS: Your girl may feel that she’s being provocative and clever, but this joke is now running thinner than her old mum’s tatty veil.
Make it clear to her that you’d like her to put the dress away and not bring it out again.
If she does, then you’ll have to conclude that she doesn’t respect you or take you seriously.
