Vogue Williams narrowly avoids hair disaster while transforming look with extensions

Vogue Williams has just highlighted the perils of attempting to give a short bob haircut some extra length with clip-in hair extensions.

The 36 year old, who is currently expecting baby number three with Made in Chelsea star husband Spencer Matthews, luckily found the funny side of the situation when she realised that her look was somewhat less than blended.

Tagging her hairstylist Hadley Yates in a series of short clips, Vogue giggled as the top sections of her hair stuck out in a block line, while the under sections fell down past her shoulders. Luckily for Vogue, Hadley didn’t leave her walking away from his chair looking ridiculous.

Vogue finished the Story session with a snap of herself looking gorgeous with tumbling, glossy waves. It also looks like the presenter has had a blonde colour refresh in the past few days, as her hair now features light face-framing highlights.

It also seems that Vogue is still adjusting to life with her new short hair, which she first debuted on Instagram last month. Until recently, the presenter had been known for her signature blonde, lengthy tresses that fell way past her shoulders. However, the makeover saw her lop off several inches of hair in favour of a trendy mid-length cut.

“Shout out to my amazing boys @busterknight @hadleyyateshair,” she wrote on Instagram after attending the 2021Pride of Britain Awards . “Always creating the best hair and makeup looks, both of you are super talented and I LOVE working with both of you!!”

Fans loved Vogue's new shorter hairdo, and many rushed to praise the fresh look in the comments section of the post.

"Love this shorter look,” one follower commented as another said, "Your hair is gorgeous short".

A fourth added, "You look stunning and your hair is beautiful”.

Long hair, short hair or even minor hair disaster – Vogue just about suits any look, we say.
