White Lotus Italian villa is now available to rent on AirBnB – for £5,000 a night

The incredible Italian villa from The White Lotus is now available to rent on AirBnB – but it’s not cheap.

Villa Tasca is the backdrop to HBO’s dark-comedy drama series, which follows a week in the life of a group of wealthy strangers and delves into all of their eccentric and dysfunctional traits.

The stunning mansion will set you back £5,000-a-night but it might be worth the price tag for the stunning views across the 20-acre garden alone.

The ultra-luxury home is located in Sicily’s capital, Palermo which is known for its colourful streets and pearly-white beach.

Of course, the estate comes complete with the iconic swimming pool surrounded by towering palm trees and delicate pink roses.

Adding to the drama is the grand double staircase sweeping up to the first floor.

Inside, the five living and dining rooms feature grandeur high ceilings, tall windows and gorgeous Italian art from the ceiling to the floor, transporting guests back to the 1500s.

Eight guests can stay in the four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and views across the Italian countryside from the windows.

Exquisite details like gold-edged portraits, carved wooden wardrobes and stone-polished floors show off how extravagant this home really is.

Extra features include a billiards room, music room and English-style bar.

There’s even a swan lake outside and a treehouse which would make the perfect venue for an al-fresco lunch.

As fun as it would be to pretend to be Greg and Tanya on the ultimate bucket-list holiday, be prepared to spend some money.

A week’s stay in February at the luxury home for four guests will set you back a whopping £34,000.

To help ease the blow, the price does includes full use of the staff: a butler, housekeeper, private chef and a driver.

The AirBnB listing suggests: “Play family games on the lush lawns, stir up Victorian-style intrigue amid century-old trees and citrus groves, steal a honeymoon-worthy moment in the greenhouse, and watch the swans paddle their way around their pond.

“This luxury enclave is a 10-minute drive or less from the golden mosaics of the Cappella Palatina and the surrounding Palazzo dei Normanni, and the extraordinary Cappuccini Catacombs.

"Head to Monreale for a walk by the port, a visit to the cathedral, or a stop at a family-friendly waterpark. It’s also a short trip to the centre of Palermo, whose colourful streets are a mix of architecture from across the Mediterranean.”
