A woman is on a quest to track down a couple after capturing a romantic photograph of the man proposing on a mountain top.
Charlene-louise Johnstone took the stunning image while on a family walk at Cleeve Hill, Gloucester.
After spotting the man bend down on one knee at the top of the mountain, she instantly grabbed her phone to capture the moment.
The mum-of-three didn't go over after taking the picture as she was fearful of ruining the moment – but now wants to track the duo down.
Charlene-louise posted an appeal on Facebook on Saturday – which has since been shared more than 16,000 times.
The post said: "A few people have said to whack this on fb to try and get the pic to the people in it.
"Spotted someone propose at the top of Cleeve Hill today.
"Didn't fancy running up to them and giving them the photo and intruding in their moment, so if anyone wants to help share to see if we can find them as I'm sure they'd like the photo."
She added: "I didn't want to go over. They were obviously having their moment.
"They were hugging and were emotional. She was wiping away tears and I'm pretty sure it was a 'yes'."
With the sun shining and blue sky visible too, the photograph has been described as "beautiful" by many people online.
One person said: "Absolutely gorgeous photo.
"I would be super grateful to receive such a precious memory, captured in all its beauty by a complete stranger."
Another added: "Aww, such a beautiful photo."
A third posted: "I really hope this gets to them – it's a beautiful, amazing photograph!
"Wow, capturing a wonderful moment and it's beautifully composed too…lighting is exquisite."
Charlene-louise, from Winchcombe, Glos., added that she enjoyed taking photographs generally – but admitted she "got lucky" with her hilltop snap.
Her Facebook post has received more than 3,000 likes and nearly 500 comments.
