    ART OF THE DEAL

Arsenal have tabled a new bid to sign White from Brighton this summer, adding millions onto their £50m offer, according to the Transfer Window Podcast.

It comes as several other Premier League clubs ramp up their interest in the England international, who is currently with the Three Lions at Euro 2020.

City, Chelsea and Everton are looking to make a deal with Brighton for White’s services, with the latter even matching Arsenal’s bid.

Gunners coach Arteta is desperate to land the centre-back, who is a top target after the departure of David Luiz.

    'MISS YOU TOO BRO'

Joe Willock struck up a bond with Allan Saint-Maximin during their time together at Newcastle United – and the Arsenal midfielder has told the Frenchman he misses him.

Wherever he ends up this summer, Willock will never forget the four months he spent on loan with the Magpies last season.

Saint-Maximin and Willock recently caught up while they were both in Mykonos on a working holiday last month and the pair have also kept in touch remotely since that final day win at Fulham in May.

When Saint-Maximin uploaded a photo of the speedy forward leading the way in Newcastle's pre-season sprints, on Thursday, Willock simply commented: "Machine."

After seeing Willock's comment, Saint-Maximin said: "Miss you" before his former team-mate replied: "Miss you too bro."

    GUNNER BE DROPPED?

Gary Neville told Sky Sports News he thinks Arsenal teenager BukayoSaka will be dropped for England’s Euro 2020 final on Sunday.

He said: "I did agree with bringing him back (for Denmark) because I thought he had been the liveliest of the forward players, alongside Raheem Sterling,” said Neville.

“I think Saka has been the best one out of the lot (Grealish, Sancho, Rashford and Foden). I am not sure he will start on Sunday.

I am usually hopeless with predictions, in terms of working with Sky, but I don’t think he will play on Sunday. I think that might be too much for him.

“What he did (v Denmark) and the amount he has given in this tournament. I just think we will see somebody else – I think it could be a game for Rashford or Sancho.

“But I don’t think we will see Saka on Sunday. I might be completely wrong. I have been battered before for selections.”

    BELL TOLLS

Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has reportedly set his sights on joining Inter Milan this summer.

Inter Milan are believed to be keen on securing the Spaniard's services as a possible replacement for Achraf Hakimi, who has joined Paris Saint-Germain.

And according to Calciomercato, the defender is ready to make the move to Italy after PSG ended their interest in signing him due to Hakimi's arrival.

Arsenal would be happy to loan Bellerin to Inter, but only if Simone Inzaghi's side agree to a £17million obligation to buy clause next year.

Though in a blow for Bellerin, the news outlet suggests PSV ace Denzel Dumfries is the Nerazzurri's No1 target following a superb Euro 2020.

    CAM ON THEN

Arsenal are said to have made Eduardo Camavinga their No1 target.

But according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, United are looking to steal a march on their rivals in the race to secure Camavinga’s services by launching an offer.

The 18-year-old has just one year left on his contract, with it understood he has no intention of extending his stay at at Roazhon Park.

It was claimed last week that the Red Devils were eyeing up a £26million bid to lure the teenager to Old Trafford.

Chelsea are another club that are believed to have held talks with his agent Jonathan Barnett, along with LaLiga giants Real Madrid.

ARSENAL HAPPY TO SHOW AUBAMEYANG IS A DIVER

Gunners’ striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is lapping up pre-season freedom in Mykonos – in contrast to the drama of last summer.

The Gabon superstar eventually signed a new three-year contract in September 2020 – but struggled to match that big-money deal during a disappointing season.

Arsenal posted a picture of Aubameyang doing an impressive head-over-heals into a swimming pool, labelling it: “Checking in from Mykanos.”

    RAMS OFF

Sergio Ramos has reportedly said the allure of Champions League football made him choose to join Paris Saint-Germain over Arsenal.

The Gunners offered him more than PSG but the Spanish free-agent wanted to play in Europe's elite competition next season.

Mikel Arteta's side were prepared to give the ex-Real Madrid ace £15million a season for two years, while the Ligue 1 giants offered him £13m.

Following the completion of his move, Ramos said on Twitter: "The best place to keep on dreaming, the best club to keep on winning.

“We’re going to fight with everything we have for everything.”

    SAVED BY SARRI

Maurizio Sarri has reportedly told his new club Lazio that he wants to bring Arsenal ace Lucas Torreira to Italy this summer.

The Uruguayan spent last season on loan at Atletico Madrid after being declared surplus to requirements at the Emirates.

He is still not expected to be a part of the plans at Arsenal this season and Mikel Arteta will be happy to sanction his move away from the club.

But ex-Chelsea boss Sarri will have a fight on his hands to sign Torreira as Serie A rivals Fiorentina also want the midfielder, according to Calciomercato.

    TELLI TURNED OFF

Arsenal’s hopes of signing Manuel Locatelli look like they could be crushed amid reports of Juventus moving ahead in the race for the star.

Tuttosport claims Massimo Allegri wants a deal for the player to be struck between the Turin giants and Sassuolo.

And it is thought the Mapei Stadium midfielder, 23, who has been one of Italy’s best performers at the Euros, would prefer a move to the Old Lady.

Tuttosport claims Juventus, who finished fourth in Italy’s top-flight, may be open to putting forward a cash-plus-player proposal.

It is thought the club, who re-appointed Allegri as manager after sacking Andre Pirlo, could be willing to offer Radu Dragusin or Nicolo Fagioli as part of a deal.

And Tuttosport suggests Locatelli, who has also been linked with Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City, has been eyeing a Juve move for a year.

    LOC STOCK

ARSENAL have received a boost in their reported pursuit of Manuel Locatelli after Sassuolo confirmed transfer talks with a ‘club from abroad’.

However, Arsenal are thought to face a transfer battle with Juventus for the playmaker.

Max Allegri has reportedly identified Locatelli as the man to help Juve regain their Serie A crown.

But the Gunners have been boosted by confirmation from Sassuolo that the Turin giants are yet to open talks due to financial problems.

And instead, Sassuolo are in negotiations with an unnamed foreign side.

Club chief Giovanni Carnevali told Sky Italy: “We’re in talks for Locatelli with one club from abroad, and it’s really advanced.

“We’re going to meet with Juventus in the next few days, but there are no negotiations yet.

    NEV CHANCE

Gary Neville reckons Bukayo Saka will be benched for England’s Euro 2020 final against Italy on Sunday.

The Arsenal youngster has been one of the Three Lions brightest talents throughout the tournament.

But Neville believes the 19-year-old prodigy may be overwhelmed by the occasion and should be replaced by either Jadon Sancho or Marcus Rashford.

Talking to Sky Sports, the ex-Man United defender said: “I am not sure he will start Sunday. I think that might just be too much for him.

“And I actually think it could be a game for [Marcus] Rashford or [Jadon] Sancho to accompany Sterling in those wide positions.

“I think those wide positions need to be quick players, who make out to in runs, so I don’t think we will see Saka on Sunday.”

    HOUSS GOING?

Arsenal have to sell at least one midfielder if they want to sign Houssem Aouar, according to reports.

The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Lyon ace but reportedly need to make room on the wage bill before they bring him in with four players' futures at risk.

Arsenal – who are favourites to sign the Frenchman – are said to have launched an official bid after Lyon dropped their original asking price to just £17million.

Le 10 Sport claimed the Ligue 1 star could cost the Gunners under a third of the £54m fee club officials hoped to get in 2020.

    BRIGHT MOVE

Arsenal are reportedly closing in on a deal for Brighton star Ben White.

And a deal for Anderlecht midfielder Albert Lokonga is all-but-done.

That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who adds that William Saliba is also set to join Matteo Guendouzi at Marseille.

England centre-back White, 23, has been the subject of two failed bids from the Gunners.

And Brighton are believed to be holding out for £50million.

    HEC OF A DEAL

Arsenal are reportedly open to loaning Hector Bellerin to Inter Milan – but only if certain terms are met.

The Serie A champions confirmed Achraf Hakimi’s transfer to Paris Saint-Germain this week so are in need of a new right-back.

But financial limitations mean they can only afford a loan move, which Arsenal will consider.

However, the Gunners will first explore other potential suitors who may make a permanent offer for the Spaniard, report Gazzetta Dello Sport.

If they fail to find a buyer Arsenal will engage with Inter but demand an obligation to buy for around £17million-£21m next summer.

That arrangement does not suit Inter, who instead would like the option to buy Bellerin permanently, depending on their financial situation at that point.

Despite the issues both clubs are willing to remain patient to see if a deal can be done, with the Italians seemingly in no rush to replace Hakimi.
