Dillian Whyte blasts Joshua for fighting 'garbage' Miller and hits out at promoter Hearn

The Brit heavyweight believes Hearn is under pressure to deliver a big fight in the US following Matchroom's collaboration with DAZN.

AJ has yet to confirm his fight with Miller but it is expected to take place around June much to the disappointment of boxing fans.

They want the undefeated champ to take on Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder or Whyte.

But Whyte admitted any hopes of a rematch against Joshua appear over.

He told Sky Sports: "Miller is garbage. I can’t believe they’d choose to fight Miller over fighting me.

“But I get it, it’s a business move. Joshua needs to fight on DAZN in America and Eddie’s under pressure to deliver.”

“Miller is the perfect opponent for America.

“He looks the part, he’s undefeated, he can’t punch, he’s got a good work rate, you know he will talk the talk. He’s a perfect opponent for them.

“I wouldn’t waste my time going to the fight, I know what’s going to happen already. Six, seven rounds minimum and then [Miller] is going to get knocked out.”

Whyte could instead have fights against Dominic Breazale, Alexander Povetkin or Luis Ortiz – with the ultimate aim being a shot against Deontay Wilder for the WBC title.

That will all depend, down the line, if the American still holds that strap, as negotiations are continuing for an eagerly-anticipated rematch against Tyson Fury.
