EVERTON have made a £90,000-a-week offer to soon-to-be free agent James Tarkowski, according to reports.
The Burnley defender is out of contract this summer and can move for free.
And according to The Telegraph, Everton are looking to rival Aston Villa for Tarkowski's signature.
The 29-year-old has been offered £90,000-a-week by Everton, who narrowly avoided relegation this term.
The Toffees aren't looking to spend big this summer and the defender offers great value for money.
Tarkowski's current side, Burnley, weren't so lucky in their effort to beat the drop.
