So here we are.

The fantasy finals are upon us.

Congrats! You’ve made it this far because of shrewd roster management from the draft up until now. Ultimately, how your final unfolds will determine the way in which you reflect upon this season, but take solace in the fact that you worked hard and earned a spot with only one other leaguemate of yours.

A reality of the finals is that in many cases, you really shouldn’t need to do much to your roster. It reminds of the old saying: Dance with the one that brought you. The dance partner being your normal starters, in this fantasy football analogy.

But with COVID-19 resulting in players going on the reserve/COVID-19 list every day, casting doubt on their availability for the upcoming week, it is important to make sure you’re paying attention and covering your bases.

And a housekeeping reminder: We’ll be doing this column next week too. We don’t stop until the season is over!

Here’s the Week 17 ESPN fantasy waiver wire.

Note: All players on this list are available in over 50% of leagues on ESPN.com.
