MAURIZIO SARRI is reportedly lining up an audacious move for Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Tuttosport claims the new Juventus boss fancies bringing “CHO” to Turin when his Chelsea contract expires next year.
Hudson-Odoi is yet to agree a new deal to prevent him leaving the Blues on a free transfer.
And Sarri is hoping to convince the England international to join him at the home of the Serie A champions.
It remains to be seen if Chelsea can keep Hudson-Odoi out of Juventus’ clutches, with the winger not seeing eye-to-eye with Sarri during the Italian’s single Premier League season.
Sarri refused to bow to fan and media pressure to give Hudson-Odoi automatic first-team football.
And that led the teenager to hand in a transfer request as he tried to force through a January switch to Bayern Munich.
However, Sarri eventually found room for Hudson-Odoi in his starting XI, and only injury brought an end to the ace’s breakthrough season.
Juventus’ transfer philosophy is to look at potential free signings each year, and Hudson-Odoi is sure to be one of the top players available.
The Sarri link is sure to be the deciding factor, but whether it works in Juventus’ favour or goes against them remains to be seen.
