Tyson Fury took a cheeky dig at Anthony Joshua while consoling Tom Schwarz in his dressing room.

Fury applauded the German for his spirit and for not “quitting”.

The Gypsy King accused AJ of throwing in the towel against Andy Ruiz Jr this month.

And he told a dejected Schwarz: “We recently saw last week some people quit. Bodies quit. Heavy and he didn't want to fight on.

“You wanted to continue, you're a good lad. Keep your chin up and get back in the gym.”

George Groves reckons Tyson Fury's next fight will be for a world title.

The Brit is expected to have another tune-up bout in September or October before rematching Deontay Wilder.

Groves thinks Andy Ruiz Jr will be forced to vacate either the WBA, WBO or IBF titles – and Fury will be given the chance to challenge for it.

He said: “Ok I have to admit it. I’ve never been so tired in all my life.

“Well done Fury. Next I reckon he’ll be scrapping for a vacant that Ruiz has had to surrender. Don’t know which one yet though?”

Tyson Fury has revealed his next fight will be in New York in September or October.

The Gypsy King said: “I came here to have fun. I just want to thank Bob Arum, Top Rank, ESPN.

“Bob will tell you, September 21st or October 5th, and next year we'll make Wilder give me that green belt.

“It was amazing, I hope America enjoyed it. I'm not one of those who take myself too seriously.

“September 21st or October 5th, I think in New York, then I'll hunt down Wilder.

“I won't look past today, but Bob and Frank will get deals done, then we'll fight Wilder early next year.”

Tyson Fury's US promoter Bob Arum has compared him to boxing great Muhammad Ali.

Arum was stunned after Fury dodged a ferocious SEVEN-punch combo from Tom Schwarz in a matter of seconds.

He said: “That was amazing. Tyson Fury is a force of nature. This was one of the great shows I’ve ever seen and not just because of the boxing. He’s an entertainer. He is truly unique.

“Now that he’s in shape, he can knock out every heavyweight in the world. I haven’t seen a fighter with that much charisma since Muhammad Ali.”
