THIS is the 'outrageous' moment a horse that had not won in three years absolutely bolts up from dead last to win on the line in a thrilling finish.
Highest Rockeur, an 8-1 shot in the 4.02 sprint at Marseille, looked way out of it as the runners turned for home in the 7f race.
The six-year-old gelding was last of 12 and seemingly a no-hoper for jockey Ambre Molins.

But this clip showed it was all part of the plan, as the horse found top gear in the final few strides of the race to snatch victory from almost certain defeat.
It was some way for the horse to break a winless streak that goes back more than three years.
Highest Rockeur last tasted victory in a 7f race in Deauville, France, as a 9-1 chance on October 19, 2017.
This most recent win came at similar odds – but it looked all the more unlikely given the horse's best finish since then had been when it came runner up in his very next race, in November 2017.
In fact, the horse had failed to finish in the top three in all his races after that.
Fourth place was the best he could manage, in another contest in Deauville in January this year.
They say class is permanent though, and Highest Rockeur proved it as he picked off his rivals one by one to land the spoils.
Fans were stunned by the dramatic finish – although it did not compare to some of these amazing outsider wins.
