The 28 year old wants to get her implants taken out and return to a C cup because her assets feel "heavy" and uncomfortable.
Speaking about her future cosmetic procedures to new! magazine, the mother-of-two – who has daughter Polly and five-month-old son, whose name is unknown – said: "I'm planning to have my boobs taken out – I have to have a reduction.
"After the kids my boobs feel so heavy. I feel like they've got bigger and have dropped a lot."
"I would go from an FF cup to a C cup. I also have a back problem."
The former Towie star has admitted she can't wear certain bras because of the size of her chest, which she "hates".
She continued: "I can't wear any bras other than the ones from Rigby and Peller and they're so expensive.
"I look in the mirror and hate my boobs."
Although the star has admitted she has been suffering from back pain, which is why she plans to go under the knife again, she also thinks she will look slimmer with a smaller chest.
She added: "I think I would look slimmer and I'd feel better if they were taken out."
Amy has not set a date for the cosmetic procedure, although she wants her two kids to be older before she has the reduction.
She said: "I'm worried about going under anaesthetic with the babies, just in case anything happened to me.
She concluded: "I'd have it done tomorrow, but I want the kids to get a little bit older. But it won't be long."
Amy has been very open about her treatments over the years, and though she would like her lips reduced she is unable to remove the filler because her plump pout is filled with water.
She said: "I haven't had my lips done in two years. I went to see someone and they said, 'Your lips are never going to go down because they're full of water.' I feel like I'm a bit over the big lips now and I would like them to be smaller."
