Are you fed up of nepo babies going on Love Island? Vote in our poll

Love Island is well and truly underway, bringing with it bombshells, bust ups, and of course nepo babies.

Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma and Ronan Keating’s son Jack both entered the ITV2 villa last year in a bid to find love and fame.

In one awkward scene, the pair even bonded over their famous parents, as one viewer Tweeted: “I really want Gemma to bring Jack back and have Luca breakdown cuz he can’t compete with this 'famous dads' union.”

In previous series of the hit dating show, Danny Dyer’s daughter Dani, and Tamer Hassan’s offspring Belle also made their debut.

And now Claudia, the daughter of former World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty, is hoping to follow in her dad’s reality TV footsteps after he won I’m A Celeb in 2014.

The blonde beauty entered the South African villa last night, donning a sultry red angel outfit, just before the show ended on a cliffhanger.

Fans are divided over nepo babies starring on the show, as there were pleas for more ‘normal people’ to go into the villa instead of second generation celebrities.

Taking to Twitter, one user wrote: “We need normal ppl on love island again like pls stop with the nepo babies and influencers.”

“At least the starring cast is all working class, please no more nepo babies or influencers this year,” penned another.

While others claim famous children enhance the drama and excitement of the show, with one person writing: “Feels a bit bland lol we need a nepo baby.”

A different user said: “I really don't know about watching this for 2 months right now tbh, especially if none of them are nepo babies.”
