Cheryl's £45 Love Made Me Do It hoodie features awkward grammar mistake

The £44.99 merchandise she's been promoting on social media suffers from an unfortunate typo.

It says: "Love made me do it (it was'nt my fault)."

Of course the spelling should be "wasn't", but instead the apostrophe has been put in the wrong place.

Appearing not to notice the error, Cheryl shared a picture of her wearing one of the tops and said: "I got cute hoodies. link in bio if you wanna check them out."

The website describes the hoodie as "a comfortable and cool staple in your casual wardrobe".

The blunder is yet another blow to Cheryl's pop comeback.

Since returning with her new single after a four-year break, Cheryl suffered a "disastrous" X Factor performance.

She has bravely continued to promote her single despite it plunging in the charts.

Cheryl is now looking ahead to the launch of her new TV project The Greatest Dancer with Glee star Matthew Morrison.

The Greatest Dancer is the brainchild of Cheryl's old pal Simon Cowell and will be a dance show with an X Factor-style format of auditions and live shows.

The former Girls Aloud star is one of the dance captains in the primetime programme and Alesha will present the series alongside Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo.

After launching the show, Cheryl said: "The great thing about The Greatest Dancer is that we put the power into the audience's hands."

The Sun Online has approached Cheryl's rep for comment.
