The Geordie presenter shut down viewers' suspicions after they claimed Sair Khan had received a makeover before her elimination was revealed.
The TV host hit back in response to a Twitter fan who wrote: "@imacelebrity still not rigged?#SairKhan had done her hair and was ready to leave…. hmmmm something a bit fishy about these vote offs @antanddec @hollywills."
No longer biting his tongue, Dec replied: "Done her hair? You’re clutching at straws now! #ImACeleb."
Since the first elimination last Friday, the show has been rocked by allegations the celebrities are secretly being told who has been voted out ahead of the live announcement.
The conspiracy theories started when eagle-eyed viewers spotted that Noel Edmonds and Malique Thompson-Dwyer were both carrying their bags moments before their eviction was confirmed.
Dec also tickled viewers by poking fun at the conspiracy theory during last night's live show.
During one of the live links, Holly Willoughby, 37, said to the camera: "Who will be leaving next?"
Without missing a beat, 43-year-old Dec turned to his co-host and said: "Well if the conspiracy theories are anything to go by, whoever's got their backpack on…"
The father-of-one then further mocked the suggestion with dramatic "shifty eyes".

Needless to say, viewers at home enjoyed the "fix claim" dig, and took to social media to share their approval.
One fan wrote: "Dec f***ing addressed the backpack conspiracy" alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
Another added: "Dec ripping the 'eagle eyed viewers' is amazing! Who's got their backpack on…"
