EastEnders killer Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith) is set to propose to a pregnant Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams).
The soap serial killer was recently dumped by his girlfriend Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty), who confronted him after she found out that Chelsea was pregnant with his baby in Friday's (October 22) episode.
However, in scenes that air on the BBC soap next week, Gray will get emotional and propose to pregnant Chelsea, who is the soon-to-be mother of their child.
EastEnders spoilers reveal that before that, Gray tries to speak to Whitney, who has been avoiding him, and he begs for her forgiveness.
He even asks her to attend his dad's funeral, but Whitney firmly refuses his invitation.
Chelsea tries to talk to Gray, but Gray doesn't have the time to speak to her as Karen watches on from afar.
After watching Chelsea talk to Gray the day before, Karen (Lorraine Stanley) launches into a rant where she savagely accuses Chelsea of gold digging.
Meanwhile, Whitney feels guilty for not turning up to Gray's dad's funeral, and later decides to show up to the ceremony before Chelsea tells her not to worry, and that she will go to the funeral with Gray.

Chelsea marches into No1 and sees Gray overwhelmed with emotion, and after getting back from the funeral he begins to break down in tears.
She comforts him, and in his emotional and slightly drunken state, he asks her to marry him.
It comes after Whitney stood up to Gray after finding out that Chelsea was pregnant with Gray's unborn child.

It had seemed like everything was going well for the couple, but their relationship began to dissolve when Gray revealed that Chelsea was pregnant with his baby.
Whitney confessed she was "relieved" when Chelsea told her about the pregnancy, and Gray grew furious when Whitney explained that she had gone to the clinic with Chelsea before she changed her mind about the baby.

Gray even threatened her by picking up a knife from the dinner table, telling her: "You need to go. Go now before I do something I regret."
Whitney stood her ground and replied: "You trying to scare me? You don't scare me,"
She added: "You're pathetic… You and me, we're done. For good."
Gray ended up dropping the knife as he appeared to ponder his next move.
EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One.
