EASTENDERS legend Natalie Cassidy has been cruelly mum-shamed during the teacher's strike today.
The actress, 39, who plays Sonia Fowler in the BBC soap, showed her support to those in the profession who have decided to take industrial action in a row over pay.
Teachers across England and Wales staged the largest walkout seen in Britain for over a decade at more than 23,000 schools today as they protest wages and working conditions.
Today Natalie's daughter Joanie was one of the many children who are staying at home today.
The soap star took to Instagram to show her support, sharing a snap of them both doing work at the kitchen table.
Natalie said: "Home schooling this morning. Is it mad that I actually miss it a little bit?!?

"I have always loved learning with my kids at home, I have always bought lots of books to do if we have any available time. I’m not saying we do loads as they need to chill out and watch the telly- but I have always made it fun and I do believe it has helped with their learning.
"So I shall enjoy this morning ( for about an hour until she gets something wrong and rips the book up- she’s a perfectionist) and support the teachers today. #homelearning #dayoff #teachers #school #teacherstrike #support."
But one follower wasn't impressed and said: "Let the poor thing have a day off learning and let her chill its only one day ffs."
Natalie clapped back: "She wants to do it," adding a smiley emoji.

Another fan replied and said: "No need for this comment," while a second added: "Bit harsh."
Meanwhile others praised the star for showing her support.
Another wrote: "Fair play to you, I'm glad someone is supporting the teachers x."
"Heart warming to hear you say this and your support," a second said.
It comes after Natalie proudly showed off her grey hair and has insisted that 'it doesn't matter'.
The mum took to Instagram to share how excited she was to see some sunshine.
Filming herself on front camera, the star rocked some oversized Rayban sunglasses, a white t-shirt and pink coat.
Natalie said to her followers: "I thought to myself 'Can I post today?' Just got home from work… I'm very very lucky, I finished early today."
She then pointed to her hair and said: "Bit grey… ah who cares? Doesn't matter does it?"
Natalie continued: "I just had to do this, I know it's boring, I'm squinting – the sun is out!"
Days before the star was praised for going make-up free as she looks worlds away from her alter-ego Sonia.
The telly favourite is training to take part in this year's London Marathon.
Last month she shared a snap of her rarely-seen fiance Marc Humphries, who also works on the hit show as a cameraman.
The pair have been together since 2014 and got engaged the following year.
They share a daughter called Joanie Elizabeth, seven.
