EastEnders star Melissa Suffield is back encouraging her followers to love their bodies in some new photos.
Melissa – who played Lucy Beale in the BBC One soap from 2004-2010 runs her own parenting blog and often spreads messages of positivity on her social platforms.
The actress and mum posted pictures on her Instagram in burgundy coloured lingerie, captioning the images:
‘Remember to be kind to yourselves this Christmas. Set boundaries with tricky family members, feel free to say no to Christmas parties if you aren’t up to them, and for god’s sake, stay away from the scales.
‘Just go and ENJOY yourself, whatever that looks like. Especially after last years cancelled Christmas, we deserve this!
‘Eat, drink, be Merry, tell someone you love them, get your nice frock on, the whole shebang. Go all out on FEELING LOVELY.’
As always, Melissa’s followers praised her for the latest Insta snaps and caption, and some even shared how they love their body more because of the actress’ body positive pictures.
‘You look absolutely amazing! I love seeing this and realizing my body is perfect normal and I don’t need to beat myself up everytime I look in the mirror. I’m starting to love myself again for the first time in a long time!’, one follower wrote, while another added ‘you are stunning, I’m definitely learning to love myself more because of you.’
Melissa gave birth to son River last March and often documents his life on her blog ‘The Confident Mama’.
