EastEnders viewers were gobsmacked as they discussed Kathy Beale's real age on the soap.
Kathy has been looking for love on the soap at the moment, and has got a match with some help from her grandson Peter Beale.
Peter set up an online profile for her, but lied about her age.
He changed her age from 70 (the characters age), to 45.
Viewers couldn't believe Kathy was 70, and went into meltdown on Twitter.
One said: "Hang on, Kathy Beale is 70?! #Eastenders".
While another wrote: "Wait. So Kathy in #EastEnders is supposed to be 70??"
A third added: "Wait… Kathy Beale is SEVENTY YEARS OLD????"
"Anyone else in shock that Kathy Beale is meant to be 70 years old? #EastEnders", typed a fourth.
